I thougth that jelquing was the most important and effective part of PE, but as i read the post it seems that only guys that do hanging get good results. By the way, how is it possible that you gain girth only hanging? I thought that the gains with stretching where primary in flacid state and that it wasn´t to healthy either…

Jelqing has been good for some people, but hanging is “the best” for length as you can regulate the weight, angle and know roughly (but more accurately than manual exercise) what forces you are applying each day.

As for the girth gaining, some people gain base girth which might be inner penis which is thicker being pulled out, or perhaps just a strengthening and thickening reaction from the stress? It’s hard to know.

Oh, and you should do all stretching and hanging in a flaccid state.

Any thoughts on using pumping for length gains? I know that pumping generally affects girth more than length, but I’ve read some posts recently that say that pumping with a snug cylinder (that barely fits your existing girth) can help with length gains.

ufffff, thank you, but that is too much for me, i have to stay in secret with my PE, i live at home or with some friends…it would be terrible if they discover… thanx anyway

Jelqing and stretching will produce gains, be patient.

Jelqing and stretching produced all of my gains, I tried pumping for a bit, but it didn’t produce the desired effect for me.

Correction, jelqing, stretching and loosing weight produced all of my gains.

Well I’ve only just started pumping but this is what I have observed:

I’m using a 1.75” tube that I only pack at the base at the moment. The idea, I believe, is that you will expand more in girth to begin with, but when you pack the whole tube (i.e. your penis is right up against all the walls of the tube) the force will then concentrate on pulling your penis towards the end of the tube, therefore lengthening your penis.

So as previously stated I pack about 2” of the tube, but I’ve always felt a pretty strong length pull. Currently my size in the tube is just over 1/4” or so above what it was when I started pumping.

So at this stage in my pumping career, I would say that pumping can certainly be a viable option for those wishing length gains, although you may have to expand to the max diameter of your tube all the way up the shaft before you get them.
