A Newbie's adventures

A Newbie's adventures

Hello everyone,

I have just started the following newbie routine:
5 minute Warm Up
6 minute stretch: 1 minute in each direction and 2 minutes - 360 stretch
10 minutes of Jelq

Although I know Uli’s and Horse squeezes are not for beginners, I have fooled around with them before starting seriously.
My question is, should I include them in the routine or I should wait a month or two? Also, should I include kegels and some kind of a warm-down?
I know that I can see gains in probably a couple of weeks or even months but will at least my EQ be better in a week? ( This is when my girlfriend will be back so I want to impress her as soon as I can )

My starting stats are;
BPEL: 6,3 inches - 16 cm - on a very good day it could go to 6,4-6,5 but this is a rare event
MSEG’: 5,11 inches

Wait a bit before doing Uli’s and horse squeezers, first get your routine in place as in basic routine and then extend it with other more advanced exercises. Kegels you can do anywhere any time so you can add it to your routine or just do them whenever.

You should see major improvement with your EQ in a week just don’t over do it because it could have the opposite effect. It’s a marathon not a 100metre sprint.

Also doing your routine in warm conditions as in a bath or by a heater/rice soak helps a lot.
