Hi, my name is Joseph and I am from NewYork (as my nickname :P)
As the title says, I am a “PE Newbie”. A couple of days ago I found out about this PE (Jelq) and since I am not satisfied with my length(14 centimeters) I wanted to start doing exercises. I am new here and will try to be active( I don’t post much in forums, but this forum I like.). Before I never though that there is really a way of increasing length, but when I saw this and actually found this forum, I now know there is actually a way :) . I read the Newbie Guide here in this forum section and from today I tried to do the exercises, but I have some questions..
First of all I am not a virgin of course, but sometimes in your manly life you watch porn.. Is that really a problem? I mean it may sound like a dumb question, but I want to be sure. And since there are this kind of exercises are there some kind for fixing a curved penis? I mean when I go full erect it’s not that much curved, but I still don’t like it. And last of all when I tried the exercises I know in the instructions it says that you don’t have to be full erect, but every time I go full erect and that is annoying.. This will sound stupid, but what do you guys do to not have a full erection?

Ok I just did this for the first time with the newbie routine and all I can say is Ouch. The stretching part hurts and the Jelqing part hurts even more. I think I don’t do it right.

If it hurts that bad, you are not doing it right.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong.

Pulling too hard, grabbing your penis wrong, jelqing with too high intensity.

You are not very descriptive on how you are executing the exercises or where it hurts so we can only make guesses which isn’t very informative. I would suggest reading and watching the stretching and jelqing instructions/videos.

Warm ups should soften the tissues and give your penis a bit of elasticity, the stretching doesn’t need to be too hard. Its just stretching.

If you’re holding too hard or pulling too hard during your jelqs you’ll also tear something, you should feel it tho.

But I’m putting my money on the warmup or stretching.

Target: BPFL: 3.5" / NBPFL: 2.75" /BPEL: 5.5" / NBPEL: 4.5 / BSEG: 5.25" / MSEG: 5.25"
