Wouldn’t using a rolling pin on your dick be the same as jelqing, but hit everywhere more evenly, and spread it out for girth gains as well? Discuss.

There is a device called the Power Jelq, as I recall, that employs that same theory. In that case, it is a dual set of rollers or cylinders applied to each side of the penis.

As with any application of force to your penis, proceed with care. One of the disadvantages of any mechanical device or adjunct is that you lose some of the ‘feel’ of how much force you are applying to your penis, and it makes it easier to apply more force than you may mean to.

You should NEVER apply that much pressure to the top portion of your dick, you can easily damage the dorsal nerves among other things. If you intend on doing this exercise you’re supposed to apply pressure to the sides, like a power jelq, rather than the top and bottom.

By far, the best device ever invented for jelqing is your own two hands.

I have always hated the power jelq design as it is not an ergonomically correct way to pressurize the cylindrical shape of your cock and a rolling pin makes the bad design of the power jelq even worse because of the potential for going overboard and really causing damage.

My advice is stick with using your own 2 hands for the optimum jelqing experience.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have experimented with the rolling pin today. It is better than jelqing. Very intense but also stimulating, I had to be careful not to bust! Could only do it for sets of about 30 seconds. It felt like it broke down my stiff left side CC very effectively. Highly recommended, but for those of you on nofap, it is hard not to cum, I nearly did on several occasions.

So I would definitely recommend a rolling pin combined with a flat surface like a table. I tried to roll it initially but that was a bit tricky so I just moved it slowly along my shaft, squashing it between the rolling pin and the table to move the blood inside, just like a helq but more effective.

I’ve done it a few times, it gives the penis a nice 2x4 shape and a major temporary girth increase.

After I get to my ideal measurements I may do it again to get the shape I want, or I’ll get an elliptical penis pump tube.

I think there could possibly a problem with using a rolling pin in that the pressure is exerted where the nerves are located.

It’s very inconvenient to do if you are too tall for the average table, desk, or bar stool. When I tried it I used a bar stool and a few text books to get it up to the right height.

After doing it, the penis is more of a flattened shape. This elliptical shape gives a higher circumference measurement for the same amount of volume. I haven’t done it enough to see if it produced gains.

I did feel a significant stretching feeling where the glans connects to the CC. I don’t know if that’s something to worry about. It would be very bad to say the least if the exercise somehow separated the two or damaged the connection between them; the glans and CC are vascularly connected and blood normally flows to a certain degree between them.

Well, I’ve just rolled yesterday and I am feeling tender today, so it must be doing something right! I feel like it definitely targeted the penis in a different way. It gave a positive feeling, that’s for sure. Felt like it loosened it up for hanging nicely and I feel like I got a longer hang after I rolled first, just like if you jelq before hanging, but more effective.I think this might be a little known secret!
