About 7 weeks in, couple questions
About 7 weeks into the newbie routine. I have been doing this stealth at work. So far no real measureable gains except better flacid hang, much more vascular too. It actually looks bigger but isn’t measuring up. I do feel it is working though and know this is a Marathon.
It also looks like there is extra skin wrinkles in my flacid hang, so that’s good.
My questions:
-Just confirming that after warm up I should be stretching for 10 min and jelqing for 30, according to the routine (build up over 6 weeks). It seems I see a lot of posts talking about doing the newbie routine for months but only jelqing for like 15 min.
-I am using dry jelq, so I’m dry jelqing for 30 min, is that OK?
-I know many go 2/1 off but I have to do it at work. So for me its Mon, Tues,Thurs,Fri, then the weekend off also. Should I add something Wed?
