About 7 weeks into the newbie routine. I have been doing this stealth at work. So far no real measureable gains except better flacid hang, much more vascular too. It actually looks bigger but isn’t measuring up. I do feel it is working though and know this is a Marathon.
It also looks like there is extra skin wrinkles in my flacid hang, so that’s good.
My questions:
-Just confirming that after warm up I should be stretching for 10 min and jelqing for 30, according to the routine (build up over 6 weeks). It seems I see a lot of posts talking about doing the newbie routine for months but only jelqing for like 15 min.

-I am using dry jelq, so I’m dry jelqing for 30 min, is that OK?

-I know many go 2/1 off but I have to do it at work. So for me its Mon, Tues,Thurs,Fri, then the weekend off also. Should I add something Wed?

You jelq at a level that keeps you in a healthy, high EQ + positive PIs zone. That zone is going to vary quite a bit depending upon the guy doing PE. It’s OK to scale back if you find a recommended routine beats you up. Carefully test your tolerance for the workout, and stay where things feel good during and after. Loss of EQ means too much intensity in time and/or force.

You are getting plenty of workout days per week, especially for being fairly new at it. If you want to add in a day or two, again, shoot for staying in the healthy zone as your first priority. There is always some fine tuning going on in PE.
