About to start PE.Just a quick question

Hey guys, love the site! Stumbled across it the other day and have been reading up ever since. Figured it’d be OK if I made this post, I searched but couldn’t really find an exact answer.

Anyways, I want to start PEing, but the one problem I have is that I have a girlfriend of a few years.

I noticed a lot of people say that they sometimes get spots on their penis (which I’m guessing is normal, just like working out.stretch marks, etc.). So, with that being said, what should I tell my girlfriend if she begins to ask (if these marks start showing up)?

Obviously I wouldn’t want to tell her what I’m doing exactly, so how do you guys handle the situation? Especially if she says something like “why is there red spots on your dick?”.It must be really awkward at times!

If you do warm up correctly (hot towel or shower or something) jelq gradually harder and don’t jelq too hard or fully erect, the spots should never appear.

First, escalate your efforts slowly and try to prevent these sorts of injury from happening.

Second, if it fits into your schedule, consider doing your PE just before you go to bed. This has two benefits. First, if you should develop minor red spots, the overnight rest period may help them disappear on their own before anyone else sees them. Second, and unrelated to your question, PE should generally leave you a bit larger and plumper than you were before your session. If you do this before you go to bed, your natural overnight erections reinforce this temporary size increase, or at least that’s my theory.

Of course, if you’re not living together, it’s even easier. Just schedule your PE such that you have some time for the red spots to disappear before the next time you see her. As a newbie, you probably want to schedule some rest days anyway.

Or, you could simply explain to her what you are doing, it IS for your health afterall, and how it will benefit the both of you. That’s what I did. I find that secrets in a relationship are not good, especially if you get caught sometime.

I once got asked the dreaded question by my wife , after I got carried away with a session of Jelqs which left me with a couple of red spots. Not wanting to tell her what I was up to as yet, I said that it got caught in the zipper. That was it end of questions and she was even a little sympathetic towards me. There after I took special care not to over do PE.

Good luck with PE and if take it one day at a time you will soon reap the benefits

I doubt I’d want to tell the woman because of what someone mentioned in another thread.the woman may think you have confidence issues, and that’s a HUGE turnoff

I never gotten any spots, but I use plenty of lube to.
