Aching grip!
So I am doing manual exercises alone, perhaps I’ll go clamping in january.
These manual stretches are killing me. I heard that it’s good to hold for 2-3min /stretch.and my hand-grip gets busted after one.
Bird2, hwo do you manage 3minx7 - crazy stamina or immortal hands.
Do any of you think of any method of making it easier, like wrapping some cloth around it?
Btw, could I replace the “5-direction stertches” with only BTC-stretches and 2-way stretch? cause those do not kill my ahnds…
