Girth Routines
This article is the work of more than one member, and so it falls to me to post it, in the process adding my own contribution to its journey.
Here are some examples of routines to brutally attack girth. Effective girth enlargement is often a scary thing, working out a routine that will hit the girth with both barrels but still leave your penis functioning and intact at the end can be a matter of trial and error, erring on the side of error.
These routines are a head start for girth. Take them, personalize them, mould them to your experience or time available.
NOTE: These routines are advanced PE and may cause inexperienced PE'ers permanent damage.
Prior to each routine warm up well and cool down after the routine with a second warm wrap. In case of injury, there is some good advice here and a whole forum full of advice here.
One of the most common girth exercise injuries is a thrombosis, watch your penis carefully and if you notice any quickly appearing injuries, stop immediately and follow the injury advice.

EXERCISES
In a semi erect state (70-80%), create a loose grip at the base of the penis and kegel in as much blood as possible, releasing the grip slightly as the BC muscle is contracted and tightening the grip as the muscle relaxes. Tighten the grip to a tourniquet and push it up the shaft toward the glans, engorging the shaft and the glans above the grip. Push as far up the shaft as is possible without feeling pain, initially taking a conservative approach until the exercises is familiar.
Next push the grip a little further up the shaft momentarily, engorging the shaft and head still further, and returning to the previous position or a little further up the shaft. Repeat this small pumping motion five times, attempting to rest a little further up the shaft each time. The penis should engorge a little more each time.
Either release the grip completely or simply return it back to the base to kegel in more blood before repeating.
HughJorgan9 Squeeze / Squeeze Jelq
With a 90-95% erection create a light grip at the base of the penis with the first hand and kegel in as much blood as possible and tighten the grip to a tourniquet. With the second hand start with a grip touching the first grip, and use a standard jelqing motion with a very tight grip using slow strokes of up to 10 seconds. After several strokes, change hands and repeat.
With the first hand create an OK at the Glans. With the second hand grip at the base and push forward as with the standard jelq. When the grips meet repeat.
The power of the grip at the glans will control the pressure of the stroke greatly.
Note: DLD calls these Dual Jelqs.
With at least a 50% erection, grip at the base of the penis with a standard OK with one hand. Kegel in more blood if a greater pump is desired, loosening the grip for a second. Then with the other hand form an overhand OK touching the first grip.
Then take the forefinger of the second hand and add it to the grip, compressing more. Continue adding all the other fingers to the grip compressing the shaft more and forcing blood into the glans. Hold for up to 30 seconds and repeat, releasing only enough to kegel in a little more blood.
Modifications to this are to use only the second hand with an overhand grip, this is often simpler and kegeling in extra blood between holding is fairly easy. Also more of the shaft will be above the final grip point so the effect will be on more of the shaft.

While erect create a tourniquet grip at the base of the shaft, kegel in a little more blood while relaxing the grip slightly several times. Allow the erection to subside a little. The penis should now be highly pumped with blood (more than a normal erection) but not erect.
Take a second loose grip at the glans. If the penis is not fully pumped squeeze the glans or move a grip over the glans as with a Horse440.
Carefully bend the penis upward and toward a ‘U’ shape so that a stretch is felt along the entire length of the underside of the penis. It is not necessary to make a complete U shape simply to bend toward a U shape. If the penis bends and stresses at the base only there is not enough blood in the penis, if it bends at a point rather than in a curve it is generally too erect. Hold for 30 seconds.
Release the grip slightly and kegel in more blood. Repeat bending down, left and right.
The Sadsak Slinky involves taking the bend and running the top of it up and down the shaft like a slinky.
Note: Ferrari calls these the Ferrari Mega Pump
With at least an 80% erection lightly create a light grip at the base of the penis. Kegel as much extra blood into the shaft as possible past the grip and then tighten the grip to a tourniquet so that no blood may escape.
The grip may be a standard OK or an overhand OK, the disadvantage of an overhand OK is that the shaft will not be visible, making injury easier, however it may be possible for some to create a lower grip in this manner. It is also possible to create this grip through the scrotum by pressing a thumb and forefinger grip against the pubic bone, though this is more tricky.
With the second hand make a tiny OK grip (1/4”,1/2cm) and force push the grip over the end of the highly lubricated glans increasing the size of the grip only as much as is necessary to push over the glans until it is behind the ridge of the glans.
Alternatively take an overhand OK grip and place it behind the glans. Compressing the entire fist to force the blood from the glans and the top of the CC and tighten the grip.
Once in position the forces can be increased by bending, twisting or forcing the grips closer together.
Hold for around 30 seconds, then release the tourniquet followed by the grip at the glans.
Note: Ferrari calls these the Ferrari Slider Blasters, DLD calls these Isolated Compression Squeezes
