Wow, great thread. I’ve seen the standard girth exercises but they don’t seem to be doing anything for me for a little while. I will now try the ones here.

I’m curious about something though. The pumped bends are first done upwards, then repeat bending down, left and right. If I have a downward curvature and trying to make it a little upwards from straight, would it be better to avoid the downward bends and just focus on doing it upwards, upwards to the left and upwards to the right ? Do you think this will help the curve or will it hinder the function of what that exercise is suppose to do? Thanks.

You can skip the downward bends. Bending any direction will increase the internal pressure of your penis. Be very careful if you start incorporating bends.

I started with foreskin restoration with a tlc-x. I was probably using too much weight or at least rushed it more than I should have. That seemed to (I’m guessing here) damage some nerves in there. Which in turn caused a lot of desensitization. So I put that on hold.

2016/07 - BPEL=6”, bpfl=4”, EG=4 1/2”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 5

I started PE after that in the summer of 2016 by joining Me Coach. They started me on the beginners routine. I wasn’t feeling anything so I was moved to the Jelq Free routine (15 min heat, 40 sec x 2 stretches, 15 squeezes, 25x4 side to sides, 25x2 kegels). My EQ was low due to SSRIs so stopped until I can change meds.
Started Vigrx in Oct. 2016 and started old PE routine again in Jan 2017

2017/04 - BPEL=6 3/8”, BPFSL= 6 1/2”, bpfl=4”, EG=4 1/2”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 6-7

In July 2017, I changed the routine to 15 min heat, 40 sec x 2 stretches, 100-200 jelq device, 100-200 vertical slaps, 400-700 side to sides, 100-150 kegels and sometimes added 25 squeezes. 2-3 times a week. Stopped Vigrx and started using similar herbs.

In Sept. 2017, the routine went to 15 min heat, 50 sec x 2 stretches, used bathmate x 2 (with 50 x 2 kegels to get erect), 25 x 2 squeezes, 500-800 side to sides, 200-300 vertical slaps. 2-4 times a week.

2017/12 - BPEL=6 1/2”, BPFSL= 6 7/8”, bpfl=4”, EG=4 1/2”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 6-7

Dec. 2017, started using led infrared lamp for the warming, added 25-40 rotations, sometimes replacing the side to sides with 25 x 2 Uli#3, and sometimes clamped while doing squeezes (got terrible discolouration from that), sometimes used an air vac pump instead of the bathmate. Started mixing in A, internal, V and double stretches in spring 2018 and stopped with the infrared lamp, went back to heating pad.

2018/09 - BPEL=6 3/4”, BPFSL= 7”, bpfl=4”, EG=4 5/8”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 7 Continued with above.

2019/04 - BPEL=6 5/8”, BPFSL= 7”, bpfl=4 1/4”, EG=4 3/4”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 6 Continued with above.
More or less the routine is heat, stretches, bathmate w/ kegels, squeezes, uli3, vertical slaps. Tried horse squeezes, revisited doing squeezes with the clamp tightened.

2019/10 - BPEL=6 7/8”, BPFSL= 7 1/8”, bpfl=4 1/2”, EG=4 7/8”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 6 Routine is now heat, stretches, BM w/ kegels, 400 1sec wet jelqs, 100 2sec dual jelqs (both using evo), vertical slaps or if not doing routine in shower, then heat, stretches, vacpump w/ kegels, squeezes, and uli3.

2020/01 - BPEL=6 3/4-7/8”, BPFSL= 7 1/8”, bpfl=4 1/2”, EG=4 7/8”, FG=3 3/4”, EQ 6 Continued with above.

My gains seem to have stalled in the spring/summer.of 2019. My main objective from the beginning has been girth with is just not working for me even though my jelqs start at 80% hardness but unfortunately gets to about 20% at the end of the set. Thus using the pumps a second time to get up again. Meds and my age (52) are still factors of not getting great erection. You would think with all this that my erections would at least improve. For sex, I have to use Cialis otherwise it won’t do anything. I also cut up the Cialis into 5-6 pieces and have a piece every other day to help with EQ for the exercises. Based on my progress and hearing other guys progress, it’s not really a lot of gain for the time I’ve been doing this. Actually kind of sad.

My goal is BPEL=7 1/2-8”“, EG= 5 1/2” - 6”. Even though my progress is so slow, I’m still trying to reach it and keep reading articles on here to help with that.

As weird as this might sound, I am also a naturist, so flaccid girth has also been a goal from the beginning. As you can see, I have not gained anything there. Any suggestions would be great and very much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for asking though because I had to research a lot of old records to find this info which made me be able to step back and see my progress. Some may say that these gains aren’t bad but to gain 3/4-7/8” in erect length and approx 1” in erect girth (I had no idea that it was that much) doesn’t seem like much for 3 1/2 years. Especially when 3/4” girth was gained in the first 8ish months but after that is only 3/8” in 2 1/2 years. It’s that less than an inch in length and 3/8” in girth for the last 2 1/2 years that’s frustrating. No matter what I try, my progress seems (at least to me) to be going very slow and almost at a stand still now. Anytime I lay off for a little while (like a month or so) I seem to regress in size so I only take the one week break every 6 weeks or if I’m sick with a bad cold/flu. This is why I was excited to see this thread, it gives me hope hearing about different exercises that I haven’t seen on Thunders or on the Penis Exercise book before.

One of the threads on another forum that really hit home with me which is called “Focus your PE and gains” (it’s also on Thunders). I use to have rock hard erections that would stay up and solid for a long time, before doing fsr & PE. The more exercises I did and the larger I was getting, it seems that my smooth muscles are not able to expand enough on the tunica to stop the blood in the veins from leaving. This is also why I am focusing on girth, so I can get the smooth muscles to expand to stop blood from leaving. Obviously, these are my own theories and are by no means what is really happening.

Btw, please don’t takes this as any negativity towards PE or Thunders. I love it and think highly of PE and this forum especially since I have gained. I’m just trying to figure a way to 1. Improve erections close to the way it use to be, 2. Make the gains to reach my goal and 3. Learn more so when I do start having noticeable gain that I can contribute to this forum that has provided we with so much knowledge on the subject.

To the moderators, if I mentioned products or a person in this or my last post when I’m not suppose to, please blank out those words. I’m just speaking freely of my experiences and not trying to break any rules. Thanks again.

Sorry, my mistake, I only grew 3/8" in girth in the whole time I was doing PE. I was calculated the wrong numbers. I guess I just wished it was 1" :-P

What do people think of jelquing with a silicone cock ring?

In my opinion, I think it is sound theory especially considering that it will help retain engorgement immediately. Normally, I do my manual girth exercises in the shower under hot water. Then I put a cock ring on when I am getting dressed. Under this method there is a minor delay in time between the finish of the exercises and putting the ring on.

However, on the other hand, if I were to do my manual exercises with the ring on, I see two benefits. First, the ring should assist the exercises by themselves by providing light constriction. I have a ring that is silicone wide enough to permit blood flow while retaining a pump. Second, the pump from the exercises is immediately sustained because the ring is already on.

I have never tried this but will today. Does anyone have any experience doing this already? What do others think of this technique?

Hi guys, I’m new in PE. I just came off 2 months or a little more of the newbie routine and I want to mostly grow the thickness of my penis. So I tried the uli routine I found on this great website and after just 1 session booom its like I pumped my dick. Feels and looks heavier right after and the whole day! So I guess my dick really likes the routine. I plan to stick to that routine for the next 2 years hopefully getting gains like uli maybe adding a cock ring throughout the day once I get used to the heavy routine to help growth.

Anyone else tried this ?

The routine that gave me my first 0.3 ” gain of girtg after trying with different techniques with no avail:

Warm up Rice sock
5 x 60 sec Ulis
5 Horse Squeezes
5 x 45-60 sec Slow Squash Jelqs
Finish with 10 min Dual Jelqing*

*Dual Jelqing

With 90% erection grab the base really hard with your hand, with the other grab under the glans. With thre first hand at the base start jelqing very slowly with a very strong grip, while holding under the glans with moderate to hard grip.

This is an intense routine

I am not sure. I will round it to 7-8 months.I had some decon inbetween

How feasible is it to gain 0.5 in in girth? I’ve done PE on and off for a few years but never consistently enough to see permanent results. Is 0.5 - 1.0” of girth very possible? I really want to stay on a good girth routine and make progress, I believe my Tunica is holding me back so I’m focusing on some good stretches as well for more girth. Thanks

I have gained about an inch in girth over the years. I have tried most routines over the years except extender and I feel that pumping have contributed a lot to my girth gains.
