Girth Routines

Good to see this alive again ;)


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Subscribed for when I need it in the future!

I think girth for me is kind of at a standstill right now. Glad I found this thread. Bumping it for anyone else who might need it.

I’ve been looking for a thread like this for a few weeks and it did not disappoint. I’m continually amazed how I can read Thunder’s almost every single day for so long and still come across new and great threads. Thanks for all involved in its creation.

Great thread. Girth is my main focus and I haven’t had much success lately. I am giving these a try!

Does a vac pump not dispense with the need for clamping and blasters and erect jelqs etc etc for girth work??

If you’re willing to dispense your money, then yes I suppose you can replace the free exercises with vacuum pump. :)

EACH heading is it’s own routine. Additionally, start it to feel. Start 1 day on then 1 off. Most recommended routines are 2 on, 1 off but heavy girth work can be fatiguing to the penis so I recommend 1 on, 1 off for a few weeks. Gauge how you feel. I never work heavy girth more than 1 on, 1 off. Usually do 1 on, 2 off myself.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

How come no clamping in any of the routines?

Look at the time stamp of the OP, Wrath. If my PE history serves me correctly, clamping hasn’t been big but for around 6 or 7 years now (but don’t quote me). I remember rushing out to get my first clamp when it was hot, back towards the beginning of my PE journey. Which was nowhere near 2003, when that post was written.

Interesting. I read another user on another forum gained a large amount of girth in a short time doing it every 3 days. Makes me think I should try a 1 on 2 off and start focusing on girth. I’m ready to try something new. Going to keep my stretching at 10mins and only focus on increasing the girth reps.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

I have noticed that the best for me is every other day. I often get it in my head that I should just do another girth workout the day after, and when I do that I almost always end up with negative indicators. I’m sure everyone is different. For me length work can be done more frequently, but for girth intensive work I’m best with every other day.

What a great thread! As someone with girth as their priority, I expect I’ll be stopping by here again in the near future. Thanks guys.
