One month into going for moderate girth gains

Motivation / background:
My partner has been very satisfied with my size and sex is truly fantastic with her. However, I feel (by comparing to past experiences of mine) that she could handle more girth and I think it would probably provide her more pleasure. On the other hand, lengthwise I tend to hit bottom in positions allowing deeper penetration and therefore I need to be careful not to cause her any pain.

We are currently in a difficult life situation, where we don’t have any contact with each other for an indefinite period of time. I try to spend the time I have as useful as I can, more precisely to develop myself, and not primarily from a physical aspect. However, as I came across Thunder’s about one and half months ago, I thought that it might worth a try to see if I was able to give her more pleasure in future by gaining some girth (and not any length, as that would make no sense based on what I’ve written above). However, as I am not able to discuss this with her (which I would, should we communicate), nor I am able to test on her, my plan was initially to test how PE works for me, to see if I am able to gain girth without gaining length with it, and in what time and at what cost. In an ideal case I would be able to gain some moderate girth in a relatively short period of time (say 3 months), in which case I would know this works for me. Then I would stop doing PE and would only restart by the time we have been together again for such a long time that sex would start to get less exciting:) . And then I could fire it up again (among others) by adding some girth, thus giving her more pleasure. So anyway, the point is that in an ideal case, I would only like to add more girth and cement it if I can discuss and test with her, as sex is already truly wonderful with her and I would surely not want to ruin it by some gains that are uncomfortable for her.

So, gaining some small measurable girth relatively quickly would be the ideal case, but gaining girth might also prove to be very difficult and slow for me, in which case I might decide to not stop PE but maintain my difficultly achieved gains and risk cementing.

Goals:
To put it into figures, I plan to do PE for 3 to 6 months and try to gain some moderate girth (0.2 to 0.4 inches) with no length gains at all. Depending on the actual results then I might decide to stop PE and let the gains fade away (and restart later when the time is right), or try to preserve, if gains came really hard.

Routine:
I started PE one month ago. After some experimentation my current routine goes like this:
- Firegoat rolls at 20% erection level for 2-3 minutes
- Warm up with soaked wash clothes for 6-10 minutes
- Wet jelqs: 60 reps at moderate intensity with 3 different holds/pulling directions (normal OK grip with a straight out motion, overhand grip with a straight out motion and normal OK grip with an upward motion) and 90 reps at high intensity. In the end, I sometimes do some more (+10-30 reps) with kegel after each rep to achieve even higher intensity and fullness, but being cautious with this in order to avoid over-training. Erection level is mostly 40-50%. At lower erection level I don’t feel enough inner pressure even with holding the grip as firmly as I can, on the other hand, if I start at a higher erection level, it fades down to 40-50% after like 10-20 reps. I feel the most pressure build up if I use normal OK with an upward motion, whereas I feel that I can not build up enough pressure with an overhand OK. The jelqing session takes approx 18-20 minutes
- No stretching as I don’t want to gain length
- Firegoat rolls for 2-3 minutes
- Warm down with wash clothes for 6-10 minutes
- Firegoat rolls for 2-3 minutes
(Plenty of Firegoat rolls:) , due to discoloration issues, see below)

I do this for 2 or 3 days on, than I take either a half or a full day rest (half day rest is when I do the routine in the morning and then in the evening the next day, or do it in the evening and then do it in the morning two days after). This way I don’t really feel soreness or fatigue.

Also I added ballooning for 30+ minutes 4-5 times a week, as I accidentally noticed that by reverse kegeling at 100% erection level I can push much more blood into my unit than with normal kegel, and I achieve a full expansion and increased thickness from the very base to the top (which feels great). Of course I need to train appropriate muscles and learn correct breathing technique to be able to hold reverse kegels for longer and longer.

Results:
After 1 months I gained 0.15 inch in both BPEL and NBPEL with no girth gains (It seems that I gained some at the base, but I am not really confident about being able to consistently measure base girth due to more skin in that area). My flaccid seems to be thicker on average, however that fluctuates a lot. For one it’s good to know that I could probably easily gain significant length over time, should I ever need that, but that’s against my goals.
EQ:
Difficult to judge, as I am somewhat depressed and my libido is low to very low. Through introducing ballooning, morning wood did return, which is nice to have. And of course I can’t test EQ during sex right now, but I didn’t have any problems there with EQ in the past. I have solid stamina, on the other hand, ejaculation has always sent my libido (and my erection level) to the very bottom (which kind of sucks). Should PE be able to do something about the latter (I.e. Better retention of libido after coming), I would be happy, but that’s not really a goal right now.
Skin stuff:
- I did get the occasional red / dark spots, more so after more intense workouts which indicated that I need to control intensity, but these spots go away in one day
- Stretchmarks: I think my skin is quite week in general (based on my experience with gaining stretchmarks from muscle growth in the past), and I started to develop a lot of stretchmarks at lower shaft. Luckily they are not really ugly, but still noticeable and I am a bit frustrated that those will never go away completely. I purchased some cream with cocoa butter to make my skin more flexible to avoid things worsening on this front
- Discoloration: I have that one also, became clearly noticeable just after 3 weeks. Also frustrated by this one, put increased effort in Firegoat rolls (which I didn’t do from the beginning, and also at first I did not do it right after PE, which turned out to be a bad idea). I use a cream containing Symphytum officinale which is among others said to be good for hematoma. I am not sure about this though, I have higher hopes in the Firegoat roll. The skin on my dick has always been darker than the rest of the body, I don’t want any discoloration on top.

Next step:
I did gain, which means I am probably not overdoing stuff. Still, I think I will have a five day decon break, and then restart with a shorter routine (less jelq reps), but going for high erection level, as I really don’t want to gain any length, but girth instead. Also, I will put more weight on upward jelq moves with normal OK grip, which seemed to build up pressure better (and I also read that this form is better for girth). Although very tempting to include girth exercises (especially after not a millimeter of girth gains so far), I give jelqing 2 more months so that my unit gets prepared for more intense exercises.

Final thoughts:
I have maybe not spent so much time with my dick ever as I did during this last month:) . I have limited free time, and PE often takes most of it on weekdays, which feels somewhat selfish and stupid, however, I know that the goal is to be able to give my partner as much pleasure in the future as she is able to bear, and this is one of the many means to achieve that.
And finally, should I not be able to attain girth, I can always buy a cock sleeve, if more girth indeed gives her more pleasure, so one way or the other I will surely succeed:) .

In the last two weeks, my dick definitely seemed to be getting shorter. I am quite good at measuring proportions by the eye, but I told to myself that the shortening is due to either that it’s more engorged or just my mind is playing tricks with me. Also I was thinking that maybe I gained some girth (which is my goal), but it did not feel thicker than before.

So, measurement day came. And it turned out that while I gained another 0.1 in BPEL, I lost 0.25 inch of NBPEL (it is even lower than when I started PE.). But the more important is that I gained 0.15 inch in MSEG (and 0.25 inch in head girth) in a month! I just couldn’t believe, I had to take a lot of measurements yesterday and today to believe it. So I am really happy about the results, as I did not expect them. As last month I didn’t gain any girth, I was hoping for 1 or 2 mms of gain, and that would have already made me happy. And no surprise that my dick looked shorter, losing NBPEL and gaining girth at the same time:) . Btw, I put on some 8-10 pounds, so probably that’s the reason for the thickened fat pad. I don’t worry about that, as I plan to do a diet starting May.

Routine:
I started with a 5 day deconditioning break. My routine consisted of
7-10 minutes of warm-up
30 high erection (60-100%) wet jelqs at medium intensity
45-60 high erection (60-100%) jelqs at high intensity
7-10 minutes of warm-down
2 days on / 1 day off

(All jelqs with normal OK grip and upward motion)

I also did 20-30 minutes of edging later in the day.

However, I made quite some improvements throughout last month. During my edging sessions I tried to develop my reverse kegel technique and hold a reverse kegel as long as I can. I made some improvements, and so 2 weeks ago I switched to a very systematic edging on the following pattern: once I aroused myself to PONR, I hold a reverse kegel for 5 minutes uninterrupted with continued stimulation keeping myself close to PONR. After 5 minutes I release the reverse kegel and continue with normal edging. Then, after 3 minutes, I hold another 5 minute reverse kegel, like this:
5 minutes uninterrupted reverse kegel with edging
3 minutes “normal” edging
5 minutes long reverse kegel with edging
3 minutes normal edging
5 minutes long reverse kegel with edging + 3 minutes of uninterrupted reverse kegel. So in the last series I actually hold the reverse kegel for 8 minutes, where the first 5 minutes I also edge. The last 3 minutes without edging lets the erection subside but keeps my unit engorged and shrinking back to normal flaccid over a period of 15-30 minutes.

With this constant stimulation close to PONR and holding a reverse kegel I pump and hold as much blood in my dick as it can take, becoming fully engorged well beyond a 100% erection, all veins popping out, inflated and hard as much as possible. Basically like 3x5 minutes of clamping, without a clamp and without even manual clamping. Actually my abs work as clamps, keeping the extra blood in my unit. I needed some practice to be able to do this, as keeping your abs flexed for 5 minutes breathing is somewhat uncomfortable, but it got easier with practice.

A week ago I switched from wet jelqs to dry jelqs due to ever increasing discoloration from wet jelqs. And finally a few days ago I tried doing my edging routine right after my PE routine, and BAMMM!, it seemed way more effective, as I could work with my dick well warmed up and already stretched / expanded by jelqing. Also, keeping maximum expansion with the reverse kegel seemed easier and more consistent if I did it after my jelqing session.

PIs:
Morning wood / night wood: well, I haven’t seen those in such quantity as lately for quite a long time. I have morning wood 4 times out of 5, and awake to night wood once or twice a week. Nice, considering I seldom awake to night wood in the last few years (I sleep well:) ). I thank recent development solely to regular edging.
Stretchmarks: no new stretchmarks, yay!
Discoloration: my discoloration got more and more pronounced from wet jelqs, despite massaging blood back towards the base right after jelqing, followed by Firegoat’s rolls (also Firegoat’s rolls before warm up and after warm down). It’s the “bronzing” type, actually it has some yellowish tint (similar to what bruises turn after the red-purple-blue sequence). So a week ago I switched to dry jelqs to see whether it puts less stress on my skin and again, BAMMM!, I have zero or minimal discoloration after a dry jelq session, which I am quite happy about. Still it will take time (if ever) for the discoloration to go away, but at least it will hopefully not get any worse.

Plans for next month:
I will keep the high intensity dry jelqs at 48 reps (4x12) for another week, and then I will increase by approx 15 reps every two weeks. I will keep 3x5 minutes of reverse kegel edging for the next two weeks, and will increase to 3x6 minutes after that. The only problem is that this routine takes a lot of time, my daily PE workout takes 60-75 minutes, and since I realized that edging right after the jelqing routine is much more effective, I need to perform the whole routine in one block.

As I made a big step toward reaching my girth goals, I am also thinking about beyond next month. Should I reach my minimum goal next month (which might seem realistic), I will probably turn to maintenance, and in the meantime, I will do a 1-month test with a length focused routine to see how I react. However, if I still gain some length next months from this girth focused routine, I will probably consider myself an easy length gainer and then I will switch to maintenance without a “length-test”.

I think your edging rev. kegel regimen has contributed much to your gains. What you think about that?
You should do this forever to maintain your size and penis health.
I feel great with extended rev. kegels.
I recommend to do some weighted kegels too(rubberband kegels for example)

Ever thought about wearing a light cockring or other light constriction for the day to maintain engorged state?

Thanks! I do think that my edging with long-held reverse kegels indeed made the difference for me.

No, I wouldn’t wear a cockring through the day, because I don’t feel comfortable with restricting blood flow through clamping or a cockring for an extended period. I believe more in “active” workout. Also, my routine so far has brought some good results, and as explained in my opening post, I really do not want to grow beyond a certain extent. I already have some concerns about my head girth growth. I don’t want it to grow to a size that makes oral uncomfortable, even to the slightest extent, still as the exercises I do put the most pressure on the head, further growth is quite probable. If I grow my head too big for comfortable oral, I’ll be fucked.. Instead of sucked. ;)

Thanks! I will start dieting only in May because till then I am building mass.:) I would be quite happy if I put 20+ pounds by then:) , but that’s quite unrealistic considering that I go full natural (I don’t even take protein supplements) and don’t eat junk at all. So this is fully controlled, I have been eating healthy for five years now:) .
