Acquiring Materials

So I tried making my own hanger a couple weeks ago. Even though the hanger was somewhat successful, it was more trouble than anything.
I’ve been to Monty’s PE site (https://www.peweights.com ) and really liked the turn-key clamp and hangers; however, I cannot purchase them online. I’m 19 and currently my parents cover me financially. It’d be really weird/awkward if I had to explain that purchase. Does anyone know of general stores you can by these products at? (E.g. Home Depot, Walmart, etc.)

Btw you can find everything from home depot. Clamps, long bolts, hanging rope and fasteners, all for around $50 or less. Be creative!
