I believe wearing the scrunchy for 3-4 hrs after 1.5 months of PE may have slowed my gains down. My beast was quite large at 7.4 3 weeks ago and now I am struggling to get back there.
Does it make sense that premature ADS may have impacted my gains ?

Not sure - maybe you just already took the slack out of the system. It is more likely that you started overdoing things - gripping harder, stretching harder etc. I don’t know what you mean by scrunchy, but I don’t think a soft ADS would have that effect (my guess).

Scrunchy is like a hair lacky thats just wide enough to fit your penis in and it keeps it stretched for ages. My normal flaccid length is 4.5 inches but when I’m in the scrunchy I stretch to just under 6inches for hours at a time

No. You’ve just had “newbie gains” thats all, your gains will slow down after the initial “burst”.
Or you measured “pumped”.
