ADS How Often

I have read a lot of different threads about ADS device, but they just confuse me even more.

How often and for how long should you wear an ADS device. For example, I Vac hang light weight (under 5 pounds) for 4 hours a day. Can I wear an ADS for the rest of the day except when I am sleeping? Should I wear an ADS on my rest days?

I am thankful for anyone who may be able to help clear my confusion.

It’s up to you. Some guys try for a set number of hours per day - 8 or 12 is common, others just wear it until it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient.

I’d go for wearing it for the longest amount of time (it’s an “all day stretcher” after all) at whatever tension is acceptable, following the “never let it turtle” idea.

I wear mine about 8 hours a day. As long as your are taking it off every hour or two for 10-15 minutes you should be good. That will help prevent blisters on the head.

Thanks for the information. I did notice that if I don’t wear it on my off days I “Turtle” and it seems like I am going backwards. I just want to make sure it was ok to wear it on my off days to prevent that.
