I have just started the newbie routine. Does jelqing help more with girth or lenght? Is it too soon to use ADS or should i wait 2 months using the newbie routine? I am a security/peace officer so about all i do is stand all day. What methods and equipment do you recommend?

I don’t suggest using ADS at work. Most of those things are noose

stretchers and cut off circulation pretty quick. If you have the time and

privacy to adjust it every 20-40 minutes or so, then maybe. Just don’t try

traversing stairs with it on. I started ADS right off the bat.

It’s what works for you. If the newbie routine is working for you, then go with it,

and save the money, if not, then consider other options/routines.

Well i want to focus on gaining length. Am I wasting my time with the newbie routine as far as length is concerned?? Is hangin the way to go?? I have to read up on how to wrap and what materials to use when wrapping.
