Advice for a Newbie with Peronies

Advice for a Newbie with Peronies

My story is probably different than most of you. To start with I am probably older than most of you, soon to be 57. I also have Peyronie’s Disease.

In order to try and correct my Peyronie’s I used an extender. I wore it a lot, over 600 hours before my first surgery with no improvement in my 90 degree bend or my hour glassing. I hated the extender it was really uncomfortable so much so that I thought of it as dick torture but I stuck it out.

There are basically 3 surgical treatments for PD, Nesbit Plication, Patch Graft or implant. Because I could still get an erection the implant was out. All my research told me that due to my high angle of bend and the hourglass deformity I needed the graft. I saw several doctors who told me they would not do it because it was a bad operation and recommended plication. The results were horrible. I was shorter and thinner. The first time I saw it erect I almost cried. Lucky for me the surgeon did a bad job and in a couple weeks the sutures had torn and I was back to a 90 degree bend. I had to leave town but I found a guy that would do the graft. Explained to me that most doctors didn’t do it because it required special training. He also explained the dangers. This time the results were much better. My unit was smaller but better than the plication result and my hourglass deformity was much improved.

Over the last couple years my erections have been slowly getting weaker even with Viagra. I have an appointment next month where I am going to see if I can get the injections but eventually I think I’m going to end up with an implant. In the mean time I would like to try to get back to the old me. Before the Peyronies on a good day I had a BPEL of 7.5” and a EG of about 5.25”. With my ED it is hard to get a good BPEL much less a EG so to keep track I’m going with BPFSL. I have been doing the Newbie Routine for about a month I do two sets of SO, SD, SU, right and left for 3 minutes each for a total of 30 minutes, 300 Jelqs and 50 kegels plus warm up and down with a rice sock. One more month and I think I will start doing some fulcrum stretch’s. When I started my BPFSL was 6.75” after a month I am at an even 7”.

Any thoughts, comments or suggestions?

Try adding the Angion Method:

Growing Your Own Blood Vessels

A new idea discovered by Janus Bifrons. While my knowledge of Peyronie’s is superficial - ever since reading about this method, I have thought "that is what Peyronie’s or mysterious long term EQ injury guys should be trying."

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

Here are a few things that come to mind. I do not have Peyronie’s, but I’ve quite a bit of research regarding fibrosis:

  • Oral POTABA
  • Topical verapamil
  • Topical DMSO/iodine

If you have already tried these, here are a few experimental things you could try:

Greetings Old Geezer,

Janus Here,

Pleasure to meet you.

Much like Bearded Dragon pointed out, I do have a thread that you might find beneficial. I am admittedly very curious how it will work for you. If you would like to contact directly, feel free to send me a PM.

Best Regards,

Janus Bifrons

Thanks for the input guys.

Janus I’m reading your thread.

Hi old geezer, I just read this post.Unfortunately, I’m suffering from Peyronie’s Disease too. Did you try Angion Method? If yes, which results did you achieve?

Kind regards

Hello hope, I tried AM but stopped because I have difficulty maintaining an erection without medication. I have just been stretching for the last month and in my two months of PE have gained 1/2 inch or 1.27cm. I think my EQ is improving and may try the Angion Method again soon.

Hi old geezer, also I tried AM one time but I had difficult in mantaining an erection too. I asked many times to Janus to make some protocol to solve Peyronie (he seems really confident to be able to). I really hope that he’ll dedicate some time to this.

I had some trauma to the shaft and I wonder if you’ve been able to engage in PE after your surgery? I ask because I get mild irritation maybe very minute tearing? To the scar tissue area.
