Hey guys. Tryed to avoid posting this, but I had trouble finding anyone with my LOT and dimensions.
Just did my LOT test and was dissapointed to find l had a LOT time of 8.
Here are my dimensions.
17cm BPEL or 6.69 inches
14 cm ebg or 5.5 inches
13 cm girth behind circumcision line
I have some curvature to the left and want to try to correct this. It causes the head to sit slightly twisted.
Because I do not currently have a computer I am using my iPhone and can’t upload photos for some reason

I’m not a muscley guy, I’m 22, 5 foot 10 inches and I weigh 65 kgs
I stopped my newbie routine because I read about a guy who did a lot of girth work and subsequently found it hard to gain more length. I want to max out possible lig length from stretching and hanging before I start girth work. Even though I think my penis is small because I don’t have much girth in relation to length.

I am asking any of you experienced vets with some spare time if you could offer advice on what kind of routine I should follow. I’d love to be 9 by 7.5, but I will settle for 8 by 6.5.
I am a busy guy so I’d like to keep trainings as minimal, but effective as possible.
I’m looking into buying a bib hanger, but I don’t really want to now as I have found out my LOT is 7.45-8.
I also read different opinions regarding whether to have rest days or not. If I want to max out length should I avoid jelqing and just hang/stretch to keep turnica weak. I believe the less conditioned the easier to stretch? And should I use a traction device between hanging/stretching.

Any help is good help, I’m just keen to take the most effective route and not work against my self. Also does anyone know if it is bad to master ate at the end of a jelqing session. If so how long should you wait. And can you kegel any time of day or better with workout ?
AND should I avoid protein shakes when maxing out ligs? What kinds of foods that are not too dear will help with growth

Do one of the two newbie routines. They are not girth routines; they are PE for newbie routines.

Yeah I understand this but I’m asking will it be easier for me to hang and stretch first to gain length.

I want to reach at least 8 inches, another 4 cm and then another inch girth. So what I’m asking is should I hang with light weights for 3-4 months before I start strengthening tunica?

And also I’d like to know of any proven ways to straighten out my penis, because I find when I try to jelq it to the opposite side of the bend I need to use both hands, or else it twists making it ineffective.

Most of those questions have been answered thousand of times, just do a search. The newbie routine is the best place to start, whatever your goals are.

LOT isn’t believed to be a reliable indicator of anything but maybe how strong is your anal spincther.

Could you answer the ones that haven’t been explained? I have searched this but must not be finding correct threads

Post 3: no. You are basing on a sets of wrong assumptions. Firs wrong assumption: hanging is more effective at weakening your tunica than jelqing. Jelqing impose more stress than hanging, which is done starting with low weights and apply a uniform stress. Jelq hits different points of the tunica (both layers of tunica, differently than hanging) and is the best companion of about any other PE technique.

Second wrong assumption: your penis grows when is ‘weak’. Everything we know point otherwise; your penis is not a piece of metal that should be creeped so can be lengthened; it is a living tissue which you gently have to force to grow. Unavoidably, it will become stronger as become longer; the trick is to make it longer faster than it becomes stronger, and keeping it in a continuous weakened state IS NOT the best strategy - connective tissue has to heal to grow, pinching it while is damaged just delays the growth.

As far as jelqing against the curve goes? You are probably doing it >90% right and just need a bit of experience to fine tune it.
