Advice for a newbie Help guys

I just started a PE routine. I just want some advice. I am hanging and jelqing. How much of that should I do? I don’t get how you guys can hang so much weight either, I just can only hang like 2.5 pounds and it hurts really bad.. Of course I’m just tieing a piece of satin type stuff around the weight and then the other side to my penis and hanging it around the glands.. I don’t really have all the stuff to do the rest, I need to make it to the store to buy the swim cap and stuff for it. Also, Some people think that hanging makes you lose girth, but if I’m correct, and I think I am, when you hang it is should also increase girth, if anything. Because Due to the general tissue expansion, the girth increases as well as the length, because you are making new cells in the penis. Am I correct?

The advice I would really like is, how much jelqing and hanging should I be doing? What do you guys think I should start off at? I want to start strong, and keep going up still. How much weight should I be hanging, for how long before I switch to more weight? I just tried to put 5 pounds on and I think I hurt myself LOL! What I’m doing now is 2.5 pounds for 15 mins, rest for 10. I get exactly 1 hour of total hang time. This is my 3rd day so far. So it takes me around 140 mins or so to hang each night. I go 3 days on, 1 off. So tomorrow I get a break. I actually haven’t started jelqing yet, and I would like to ask for your advice on it. I really want to get a VERY VERY thick penis. What are your suggestions? I am currently looking at doing the wet and dry jelq, and the Sadsak slinky. I kegel as much as I can, I try to get about 500+ reps if I can. I just lay back on my bed before I go to sleep and do them, is that okay? Does the time of day matter for any of this? I also try to do as many as I can right when I wake up after I use the bathroom in the morning.

I really want to start increasing weight that I hang, should I just try to do more every week? Wait a week, then add a pound or so? Thanks for your suggestions and advice guys. Also, if it matters,

I am 19, my length is 5.5 erect, and girth is 5. (Just measured lol) I am about 3 inches flaccid. I am looking to get a very thick penis, but I want length as well of course. You know, the works, as big as I can get it. Hehe. Thanks for all the advice you can give me guys!

Stop hanging now. The method you're using is not safe.

Hanging is an advanced form of PE. You need to condition your unit first before attempting to hang.
Many guys have gotten great results from this routine.

Hanging doesn’t make you loose girth; in fact it adds to your base girth.

Just do a newbie routine for 1 month and forget about hanging for now. -> Newbie Routine

Stop hanging until you know what you are doing. If you don’t, you may seriously hurt yourself.

Read the first thread here in the Newbie Forum. All of it, study it, absorb it, then you can begin a decent Newbie routine while you learn as much as you can about hanging.

You are really stubborn, aren’t you?

If you have newbie gain potential, you’ll get it with the manual newbie routine. Hanging is an advanced technique and usually used when manual exercises stop working.

Yeah, I am kinda stubborn lol even though it hurt when I was hanging it like that, when I was done and even the next day it feels really really great.. But I am reading up on it right now, I think I will try the newbie routine and see how all that works out, then get into some more advanced stuff. Thanks.

In case no one else has mentioned it, STOP HANGING NOW!
And that from a guy that got most of his gains from hanging.
Also what you are doing and calling hanging? never do that sh*t!

Switch to stretching and jelqing for a least a few months; you may find that hanging is quite unnecessary for you. At the very least you will condition you penis and learn to interpret the rather intense sensations that PE will give your willie. This, combined with the safe hanging techniques described in the hanging forum will allow you to hang, if and when.

The swim cap method worked for me starting out, but due to modern break thoughts in PE teknologee we now have the Wench, something even I could probably build.

The idea that you would even play around with tying a weight to your dick scares the poop out of me. Even the safe hanging methods we use here are not without risk and require constant monitoring. It doesn’t matter how desperate you are to get a bigger unit, don’t take chances with this stuff! Whatever size you have now is better than having a non working penis of any size.

Please, take a look at the Injuries / Treatments forum and get an idea of the amount of time even miner injuries to your johnson take to heal.

I have been reading around on the forums all night, and I have come to a conclusion.

Tomorrow morning, I am headed off to walmart to get the supplies to build myself a Captn’s Wench. Hehe. I just did the newbie routine as well, and I feel great after it. I threw in a bit of other stuff as well, such as the slinky, and it all worked great, my dick feels awesome right now.

The reason I want to do hanging is because I really need to get length. I also hear it’s harder to get length if you do a lot of girth increasing stuff. I think I’m actually doing alright on girth as it is, 5 inches isn’t doing too bad. My goal for now is length, I want to be in the 6.5 area within a few months. Also, I was reading a lot, and had a few questions for all you guys out there.

My question is concerning cable clamps. I’ve seen people post a lot about them, so my question is, do you just use cable clamps for pumping? Do you put the clamp around your balls and your dick and tighten it up so no blood / circulation gets through, then pump? I have never actually tried pumping or even looked into it, what are your suggestions about maybe getting started in something like that in the future? Is it even worth it? I hear the gains aren’t even permanent, is that true?

Another question. I have decided I will be doing the newbie routine once in the morning, and once at night. I think I’m going to wet jelq in the morning, and dry jelq at night. Is this a good idea? Also, when I’m dry jelqing, (and yes, I have downloaded AND watched EVERY movie on this site) is pretty much all I’m supposed to be doing is making an ok sign around the base, pulling the foreskin up to the head taking about 3 seconds to do so, then just pulling down again really fast, without moving the actual shaft? I watched the video about 30 times and I’m still kind of confused. I’m talking about the standard ok grip on that one. And, what are your suggestions for how much of an erection I should have while I jelq? Should I also mix up all the techniques that are in the videos? Should I do one technique one day, then a different one the next day, then the last one the last day before I take a day off? (The Standard OK grip, The Overhand OK grip, and the C Grip) And even the Jelq Squeeze? Which one do you guys think would work best? Should I keep one only, or mix them up at all? I have also decided I will be doing the Sadsak Slinky, but I’m wondering how long I should do this for? 100 reps each? 2 mins each? 10 minutes total? I have looked all over and I really can’t find a definite answer.

My next question is about supplements. I can’t post in the other forum, and I really didn’t see anything to answer my question. What supplements are best to take to help your penis grow? I know there is certain stuff to make the blood flow down there better, but also what vitamins do you guys suggest throwing in there? Maybe a nice multi vitamin? I just don’t know the names really.

Blah, one more question, but I can’t edit my post because it’s been longer then 10 minutes.

My last question is about sleeping / eating schedules. I hear it’s really best for PE to be up bright and early in the mornings, as well as in bed and asleep by 11 or so. I also hear you shouldn’t eat after 7 pm. Also, what type of foods are best for helping out with gains? What foods exactly are best? (Cheetos for example) And yeah, I know they’re not hahaha but it’s just an example of what I mean. I hear it’s also best to stay away from all kinds of drugs, as well as try and only drink alcohol on the weekends, if at all. Stay away from smoking cigs too I hear is a great idea. Your thoughts and opinions on all of that? I’m just trying to learn as much as I can guys, sorry if I seem like a hassle.

Even if I swam out and got personal advise on Wench building from a certain old sailer it would still take me months to figure out how to build one. I understand others have a kinder learning curve on this stuff than I do, like reading the instructions and whipping one out in an hour. Perhaps he isn’t already hanging by the time I type this.

Sonar, if you ignore our doom and gloom warnings please keep a log/journal of jumping right into hanging. If it works for you we can still say, “Nooo….don’t do it!” to the new guys. But if you must check out Sonars notes before starting. Of course if your pecker pulls off on the second day we will use you as a sad example. ;)
