Advices for newbie
Hello everyone, I am doing PE for 2 weeks. In other words I am noob)
My routine looks like that
5 minutes warm up(hot water)
Manual stretch (6 25-second stretches) -Up,down.left.right and foward+Round strethess each 10 sec
2-3 mins warm up
15 minutes of jelq -at 40-50% erection+jelging down(I was told that its more suitable for lenght)
5 minutes hot wrap
+I am doing strech 20 sec, in training days approximatly 3-4 times
My BPEL and BPFSL are in 0.3cm difference(0.12 inches) and I read this is because of my Tunica is not streched good, by the way erection is very hard and I thing PC muscule is ok for now : D
So I was adviced to do more exercises for lenght
Any advices?),and sorry for bad english
