OK.here I am to start this mission to improve the length and the girth of my cock.
I am 36 years old and I got interested in PE in April 2006
My cock was 5.5 length and 4 inch thick.a needle as I would say
Then I started with jelqing and stretch..
Around 3 times a week.1 day on 1 day off.sometimes 4 times a week , being inconsistent for some period.and mostly when I get in a continuously sexual active relationship
Now my cock is around 6.5 length and very very much thicker, but I want it thicker and longer
I suppose it got used to the routine .mostly about stretch..
With jelq right now I am about 23-25’ a session
And for stretching that I do before jelq, under the shower I am use to 5 minutes of power-stretch.(the one with the cock under the balls and my hand keeping and pulling it from behind)
Then I usually did 5 to 15.increasing 2 stretch at time, for each direction( front, down, up, right and left)for 5” each ones
Sometimes I did some v stretch, putting my medium finger under the cock in the middle and stretching it
I am not so good at the stretch because it happens not to have a good and firm grip over the shaft and so I always think it is behind effective
I would like to try hanging with weights but I need advices to build a tool to attach my weights..
Sorry I am Italian and I do not express very properly and sometimes I have difficulties in searching.lots of material and difficult to filter
Could you please help me with some advices,..
My goal is 7 inch Length for the immediate but I want also some more girth.much more..
