Affects of cardio & weight training on PE
I’ve always noticed that after a good day’s work at the gym, my penis feels absolutely dead. It doesn’t have it’s normal flaccid hang (which isn’t very big anyway), it’s just sort of dead and stubby. I worked out today (one of my days off of PE during the week), and when the dick went dead afterwards, I got to wondering whether or not this has an adverse affect on PE. So.. What exactly are the affects of jogging and weight training on PE? I like to go to the gym at least a few times a week, nothing too major. By doing this, am I somehow sucking away resources that would otherwise be dedicated to PE workout recovery, thus negatively affecting possible gains? Or am I just being ridiculous? As always, your input is greatly appreciated.
