Affects of cardio & weight training on PE

I’ve always noticed that after a good day’s work at the gym, my penis feels absolutely dead. It doesn’t have it’s normal flaccid hang (which isn’t very big anyway), it’s just sort of dead and stubby. I worked out today (one of my days off of PE during the week), and when the dick went dead afterwards, I got to wondering whether or not this has an adverse affect on PE. So.. What exactly are the affects of jogging and weight training on PE? I like to go to the gym at least a few times a week, nothing too major. By doing this, am I somehow sucking away resources that would otherwise be dedicated to PE workout recovery, thus negatively affecting possible gains? Or am I just being ridiculous? As always, your input is greatly appreciated.

There is no proofs that physical training could influence PE gains-rate. However, if you do a wise weigth/cardio training, your sexual health would be better.

Of course, strenous physical activity could have adverse effect; human can support only a given level of total stress, primarily for nervous system related reasons.

So, be wise.

If you absolutely kill yourself, neuro-muscular fatigue could certainly have a whole body impact. I don’t think it’s something to be concered about for PE other than do your PE after things have gotten back a bit (after a few hours; don’t rack the barbell and start jelqing! :) .

I also work hard at the gym, especially on the cardio. My experience was similar to yours. Before PE, I would come home from the gym, hit the shower and my unit looked like it had been in a shrinking machine or it had the dreaded ‘turtle’ effect. After 7 weeks of a very consistent PE program, I see a dramatic change. The flaccid hang is much better than before and the dreaded turtle effect is not happening anymore. I see improvement and I’m encouraged by the results.

Listen don’t wear tighty whiteys to the gym if you can help it. Post gym fowfers can get your willies whistling again.

Exercise can temporarily turtle up your pecker. However, exercise is good for the penis especially a brisk walk.

I wonder if working out your penis (there are some muscles there after all) and having a protein-heavy nutrition with supplements (i.e creatine, nitric oxide, etc) would affect your growth?

I take naNOx9 and I can definitely notice the increased blood flow and “pump” effect while working out.

In my opinion protein and supplements improve your erection.

I get the opposite effect from workouts. When I get home from the gym to take a shower, my flaccid is much longer and looser than usual. I can stretch farther with little effort. I believe the increased blood circulation from exercise is good for your penis.

I do 30 mins. Of aerobic exercise on the cycle and stairstep . That is all lower body . The blood has to go to the area of exertion and your penis is located right in the center of it.
