I have started to stretch a little longer, as my previous posts indicate. I remember reading a post by you the other day, and you mentioning that you stretch for long periods of time. Is this true? For some reason I can only stretch for a certain amount of time. After awhile, my penis gets sore/raw just under the glands. Maybe I am pulling too hard?? Advanced techniques would probably be a good idea for me right now, but I am solely looking for length first before girth. I have tried some A-stretches but it feels like I’m just not doing it properly. I would really like to try the V-stretches but I have nothing around the house that I could use for that!

I do this one stretch that gets a lig pop every time. I squat down and stretch SD for a good 30-60 seconds, rest, repeat. Then after I stretch SD I stretch to the lower left, and right ( starting from SD slowly swing from one side to the other while using force). This ALWAYS results in a lig pop on both sides.


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Getting back to your original question of suggestions on keeping motivated. I personally like to forecast my gains via excel spread sheet. I typically forecast say a very conservative 1/64 of inch per week for a period of say 5 years (that’s how long I’m giving myself to achieve my goal of 10x6; however I might be reducing to 9x6 - still contemplating). I get pretty pumped up playing with the possibilities. What you think?

Hey Deluxe,

That’s a great idea. They always say one should keep a set of short term goals to reach your final goal. This is no exception. Which can be a great motivator! Although, you would have to be gaining in order for that to work. I have a short term goal of one inch in length. Maybe I should cut that in half? I also keep a record of how I am gaining. I usually measure around the 1st of the month and write it down on the calender. I’ve had nothing to report as of late. Hopefully I’ll see some gains for my next measurement. :)

I use my forecasting spreadsheet to see if can keep-up with my weekly gains forecast. I know if I’m falling behind and that prompts me to step up my program. It provides a challenge for me; it’s positive momentum. I hate to lose especially to a spreadsheet. Be careful though; try to forecast realistic goals.

LoL. Yes, you’re right. I forgot to mention that I am hoping for 1 inch in a year. A spreadsheet would be useful to keep track of not only gains, but routine as well. I think I’ll just have to try it. :D

Yes it is true, I stretch for long times. I am regularly stretching for 27 minutes a day now but I had 45 minutes some time back. I switch between hands and put blood in my glans to improve my grip. I pull with medium power and have no problems. Start pulling with medium force, it is no tussle :P.

I would advice you to add helicopter stretches and JAI stretches to your routine. That are good advanced exercises which will be doable for you because you don’t need additional things, just your hand. Also switch between hands for A stretches, this will improve the quality of the exercise.

I think I’m going to take a 1-2 week decon break and start up again slowly, then go from there. I’ll see where that takes me first.
