After 3 and a half months...

Well it’s been over 3 months and I have gained a little over 1/4” in length. I’m not really focused on my girth right now. Can I expect these gains to keep coming?

I have been trying different routines(similar to the newbie routine) with different on-off days. Right now I stretch for 10-15 mins, wet jelq for 30 mins and wear an ADS for 4-8 hrs a day. I have morning wood almost every day and sometimes wake up at night with wood. I’d say my PI’s are where they should be. BUT, the kick in the pants is that I haven’t gained anything in 2 months. I know that being patient and persistant are key, but I was just wondering if I was doing anything wrong here. Should I maybe spend more time on stretching?

Just curious. Any suggestions to keep a guy motivated?


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

Stretch more, go to 20-30 minutes. Also adding advanced exercises is a good idea.

Has you diet, sleep and emotional status changed? I believe that diet and sleep are important factors in the business of growing the dick. In addition, I also believe that confident person has a larger flaccid hang - just an opinion.

Stop doing so many complicated workouts, and steer clear from the exercise “toys”. There are plenty of testimonies of gains from simple workouts, like stretching/jelqing combo.

Less is more when it comes to working out your penis, no need for fancy gadgets, long durations of stretching, and so forth.

As you said, you have only been doing this for 3 months. Emphasis on only. 3 months is nothing compared to big gainers, and in the long run you are going to injure your penis more than work it out because of your strict and heavy regime.

Frequency divided by resistance equals gains.

So if you work it every day (7), with a smaller resistance (1-5 [lb?]), you will effectively gain 7/1-5, whereas working it 3 days a week (3), with a higher resistance (6-10 [lb?]), you will gain only 3/6-10.

Why? Elasticity is lost when your micro-tears turn into macro-tears. Scar tissue heals harder and thicker (good), but leaves less room for more gain.

I also believe that simple newbie routine is effective “tool” to obtain amazing gains.

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

All I do is stretch the ‘ol weenie for about 15-20 mins then lube up my hands and jelq for another 30-40 mins. I was doing this everyday until just recently. Now I’m taking days off, figure the penis needs time to heal and grow.

So, are you saying that it is a better idea to do a little bit everyday, rather than having a 2 days on 1 day off type of scheduale?

Really? Wow. Cudos to you for sticking with the program.;) I too will stick with it, even if I never gain. My penis looks much healthier than it did before I started out on my PE journey.

EDIT: Just one question, if you will. What did you do to get your gains rolling?

Why bpfl? Is that the most accurate measurement? And should I measure daily during the 1-2 weeks off or after I start back up again?

As for increasing force/time, I have been trying to increase both of those variables over the past few weeks. I noticed that in order for me to increase force(pressure within the penis) I must be above 50-60% erect, almost 80-90%. If not, I just don’t feel any pressure and it’s almost as if it isn’t really doing anything. I started jelqing with a 70-90% erection level just my last couple of sessions and it felt great. Afterwards, my penis was swollen. Not too sure how to describe it, but it’s like the skin had fluid in it. It was all puffed up. Is this good/bad??? After my sessions and on my day off I usually use an ADS(therapy wrist wrap). Works pretty good. I’m using it also to stretch out my ball sack. I noticed the other day that I am getting quite the ‘Turkey Neck’. Should I quit wet jelqs altogether and start dry jelqing to eliminate this problem??

Anyone with answers please help!!

Getting back to your original question of suggestions on keeping motivated. I personally like to forecast my gains via excel spread sheet. I typically forecast say a very conservative 1/64 of inch per week for a period of say 5 years (that’s how long I’m giving myself to achieve my goal of 10x6; however I might be reducing to 9x6 - still contemplating). I get pretty pumped up playing with the possibilities. What you think?
