After Extender? To Pump Or Not To Pump
I’ve been following Thunders Place for a few years now, pretty much when I started my PE journey. I’ve recently become a new member to the community now that I’ve fully committed to this experience. I started my PE again at the end of Feb 2023 and my routine is very simple :
I start with a warmup wrap for 5 minutes after I’m done with that I use the quick extender pro and I’m strapped in that for 8 hours. Once I’m done with extending I finish my session off with a hydro max pump for 20 minutes
I have noticed some gains which is great but I’m wondering if I’ve hindered them a little as well. I recently read in a thread on another site that I shouldn’t pump after stretching because it can affect the gains I’ve accomplished through extending.
Does anyone have any insight on this topic?
