After One Month - No Results

I’m not giving up, of course, but I would appreciate your opinion. I have been doing the newbie workout for a month now (sometimes I take 2, sometimes 3 days off) but I see no real gains yet. Would you say 1 month is not enough to see clear results? (I know it varies from person to person). Any help on how to make things work will be very much appreciated.

1 month is nothing. Erect gains are not easy to achieve even if you are a newbie. Give the newbie routine 4-6 months.

If you havent a negative indicator dont take 3 days off. Stick with the routine and give your yourself days off as a reward for your work and consistency.

Your considered a newborn in terms of PE. One month is a speck in the world of PE. I wish you the best of luck and perseverance.

There are many possible variables that could possibly affect gains you’re going to have to experiment, my words of advice is that you’re in this for yourself to see if this works, only trust yourself, possible variables that could attribute to gains are heat, expansion, hypoxia and avoid being in a caloric deficit.Also ED is important if your unable to have good erections without porn focus on that first.
