After my routine, 250 jelqs, and manual streching for about 5 mins, I know you’re not supposed to let it turtle. How long should you keep it stretched after your workout, and how much intensity do you need on that stretch?

From what I gather, the reason you do not want it to turtle is because you don’t want it to heal like that. I would imagine just keeping it extended (not necessarily stretched) would be just fine. I wrap mine with ace bandage probably about an inch longer than my normal dangling state. This way, I still get good circulation (necessary for healing) and I can wear it all day.

Ditto for me what Gut Scrambler and vewdew do. Keeping some more engorgement allows microtears to heal in a larger state goes the theory, and I believe it.

Jako, I hang a small amount of weight approximately 1/2 pound for about 4 hours after my workout. Then I take it off, massage to a hard on, then go eat lunch (about an hour). I then wear the weights for another 3 to 4 hours until I get home. I usually jelq when I get home and wear the weights until I go to bed. I actually just started back my PE routines after about a year hiatus. I did PE for 3 months on a strong routine of jelqing and using my Penimaster and gained about 1/2” in length and 1/2” in girth. I hope with my new routine I will see better results.

I usually clamp after I finish my jelqing/stretching routine

A little bit of extension goes a long way. Time is more important than stress. It takes 72 hours for collagen to completely heal. A little stress for three days works better than a lot of stress for one or two. If your ADS is comfortable you will wear it longer.

Touchmyrod: You are too new to be clamping, so when you do it anyway, remember, never more than 10 minutes sets, I don’t care what they say at MOS ;)

I’ve been jelquing on and off for like a year but the last 2 months I’ve actually set a routine and stuck to it and believe me I read as much as I could on here about clamping, I do 3 sets of 10 min with like 8 min rest in between each set. I’ve done it for 4 days now and so far no problems

So what’s being said here is that post PE you should find some way to keep cock in a more extended state so it can heal up longer/girthier? I don’t really “turtle” after PE workout but rather tend to show a longer, fatter, and “slacker” looking cock. After about an hour or so it’ll kind of pull in but *VERY* little (still bigger than pre PE workout) and appear more veiny and with the skin hanging more loosely. Would you veterans still suggest wrapping it up to keep it extended even though it’s not really “turtling”?

It’s a novel idea- keep it stretched out so it heals in this position.visions of CVS pharmacy, a pair of scissors, and a self adhesive ace bandage dance in my head.

Shit! That self adhesive, sticks to itself, ace bandage really sticks to the head of your dick if you don’t wrap your buddy up in something soft before wrapping him up in one of those! Hey, it’s my first experience with accidental cock abuse in PE! A milestone! But really, *nothing* compared to the evil some around here have done to their wangs.

Definitely. Although, I wear the ace bandage about 20 hours a day. One day I’ll have to let it hang on it’s own to see if the flaccid size is cemented.

Wantsmore, I had trouble with the self adhesive stuff too. I use the regular ace and hold it with a rubberband. It’s a little rough at first but you get pretty used to it. Still looking around some local stores here to find the Thera-p wrist wrap.
