After vacation, lost size.
I recommend to never go more than 2 weeks without PE. I went on vacation for a month and couldn’t use PE over there. When I got home I measured and I went from 6.9” BPEL to 6.4” BPEL. The routine I was using before I left gave me the most gains. It was a form of the newbie routine(stretches in all directions) with jelqs and clamping. I’m very mad that I lost all of this length and whats even worse is that I can’t gain anything now. Does anyone have a good routine that can boost my gains again or any advice that can help me get out of this rut I’m in.
