Age and gains

Seems like a common question but a quick search yielded little.

I’m curious if there is any correlation between gains and age. Are most of the gainers in their early twenties? I’m in my early thirties.

According to statistics of PE surveys and tests that have been undertaken, the gains made by PE are in no way age-related. Several senior citzens (age around 60) have been among the test persons for an ADS device, and have gained in the same proportions as test persons of half the age or younger. What matters most is dedication as well as general health aspects, meaning that imbalanced nutrition, smoking, considerably large amounts of alcohol or drug abuse CAN slow down gains. Yet, a grey zone might pose the age between 14 and 18 years, when the body is in a natural state of ‘male growth’. That’s when In My Opinion you could naturally get the best gains due to your age. Unfortunately this has not been proved so far.

So forget about the age and start PEing right away! You will be for sure another gainer among all of us :D

I am in my mid 60’s and I have made great gains since I started 8 months ago. So I don’t think that age has nothing to do with it. Slow and steady goes the course, also patients and sticking to a routine.
