Air or Water pumping or combination?

Air or Water pumping or combination?

Hello,
I am new to PE.
It seems different people have different on opinions on Air vs. Water pumping.

My two biggest concerns are..

Which is safer?
Which can create better permanent gains?

FYI I am 37 and uncircumcised. I live with wife and child so privacy could be an issue that is why I am leaning toward air (easier storage).

Any advice is welcome.

Look up the newbie routine. Use that routine and when the gains stop, then and only then think about adding air pumping with a gauge.

You can measure that often, but it’s not necessary, and can actually be too often. I’d recommend once a month. If you do measure every week, look back a month to see if you’ve really stopped gaining, or if you are just having a bad day.

Welcome to the Thunders.

It would be a good idea to check out the Beginners section. Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

My preference is air pumping because it can be done anywhere and it is available with a vacuum gauge which allows you to maintain safe levels of vacuum.even.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
