All experts on penis extenders please help

I have been stretching with the fast size device (which is penis extender) now for some time (155 hours) My NBPEL is 6 5/8 inches and I am 5 1/4 inches in girth.

While stretching downward in the device I am measuring 7 1/4 inches long, and when stretching upward I am around 7 3/4 long. What I would like to know is as my NBPEL is 6 5/8 would this measurement be more if my erection was pointing downwards or upwards? ( As I measure my penis equal with the floor/straight out)
I am starting to think that I am not stretching past erect length if the penis is longer pointing downwards and upwards when erect compared to pointing straight out with the floor.

It’s very hard to explain hope you understand guys and I appreciate all the help I can get.

When stretching down or up, your measurement will be different than SO due to a variety of factors, consequently you can’t really compare those measurements other than to themselves.

Additionally, fastsize style [similarly Penimaster and other such] devices effectively become BP devices as they de facto press against the bone.

Instead of trying to understand your unique measuring system of how much up vs how much down vs how much SO- for measurement purposes I’m going to suggest that you stay with TP standard SO BPEL.

If you want to know how far the device is stretching you vs EL, then take a TP standard SO BPEL [and more importantly a BPFSL] measurement.

Finally, although commercial ADS devices encourage you to wear the unit stretched past EL, you will [particularly with the noose style fastsize] find this uncomfortable if not impracticable due to pain, loss of circulation, and finally device slippage.

When [not if] that occurs, continue to wear the device at a comfortably extended range and you will reap most of the benefits without most of the agony.

Pity you didn’t check in here prior to your fastsize purchase- you would have been directed to the Vacu-extender which is a far more viable. Thus productive, option

Tell me your full opinions about the vac-extender please guys,as in how comfortable it is? Also what angels can you stretch with it?

And also disadvantages and advantages?

Again- I repeat- up and down aren’t really comparable to SO- they are different measurements.

At the risk of contradicting the instructions that came with your noose style hanger- worry less about the precise length you are stretching and more that you are stretching.

You will find [if you already haven’t] that wearing your ADS up gives you a different feeling of stretch than wearing it down- I for one tend to feel it far more in my unit’s shaft in the up position, whereas in the downward position I tend to feel it far more in the base girth area.

I wouldn’t bother trying to match stretch length precisely position.

The Vac extender simply permits you to wear your extender without the localized discomfort that comes from have the noose turn your glans that cold purple-whit dead flesh color.

While I have the Vac hanger, I had switched out my fastsize glans noose head for a Penimaster strap after-market head that works well enough that I haven’t bothered upgrading yet.
The Vac hanger I found problematic with heavier poundages, but I imagine that it would be perfect with ADS tension.

But I will soon enough I guess.
