Almost three weeks
Just a few questions to try and fine tune my routine. The first week after jelq and stretch, my penis was pretty sensitive, mostly a raw feeling from the jelq. Then later in the day a slight itching at the base. These feelings dont’t occur anymore, so I am wondering if I am not doing it hard enough. I usually have a few red spots when I finish but they go away in an hour or so. I warm up with a rice sack that alows me to get a good grip so I start my stretch at the same time. 20 minutes of warmup and stretch. 20 minutes of 3 second jelqs. 10 minutes of warm down and stretch and kegels. 2 days on 1 day off.
Do I need to increase intensity? Amount of time? Any suggestions will be appreciated…thanks in advance.
