Just a few questions to try and fine tune my routine. The first week after jelq and stretch, my penis was pretty sensitive, mostly a raw feeling from the jelq. Then later in the day a slight itching at the base. These feelings dont’t occur anymore, so I am wondering if I am not doing it hard enough. I usually have a few red spots when I finish but they go away in an hour or so. I warm up with a rice sack that alows me to get a good grip so I start my stretch at the same time. 20 minutes of warmup and stretch. 20 minutes of 3 second jelqs. 10 minutes of warm down and stretch and kegels. 2 days on 1 day off.

Do I need to increase intensity? Amount of time? Any suggestions will be appreciated…thanks in advance.

I think the best clue as to sufficient intensity is how you feel after PE. You shouldn’t feel beaten up but you ought to sense that you have done some good stretching on your ligs. Don’t know if this helps, but I feel more invigorated than worn out when I’m done; and I never go so far with PE that my erectile ability is in any way compromised after a session.

Increase your reps gradually (you’re only at Week 3), a few more of each exercise each session and try to develope as you do that a sixth sense about what is happening in your cock at all times.

I am fifty plus myself, so welcome to the club - there are quite a few of us here :)

You seem to be doing fine, your routine is a good one and the signs you described indicate that you are on the right track. The raw feeling and the itching do not occure any more cause your member sort of ‘graduated’ the initial stress and is now able to better handle the stress of the exercises.

At this point there is no need to change anything imo, just stick to it a few more weeks, then you may want to gradually introduce some girth exercises - squeezes (there several types of them).
Meanwhile it’s a good idea to search the forums and read as much as you can about routines, progress reports, the various exercises etc. The more you read and learn, the better.

You will find out that knowledge and common sense will make you want to change your routine and experiment with it untill you’ll find what’s best for you.
