Yes, I joined here a few weeks ago but no I didn’t start from scratch at that time.I have been at it off and on for about a year but only serious the last couple of weeks. When I started,I logged my stats at 6.75 EBPL and now am a solid 7.25 EBPL. As I have noticed,alot of people seem to gain right away and then it appears to make those big gains after doing PE for awhile are harder.I don’t jelq for 3 or 4 hours solid. I warm up and stretch for 30 minutes or so,rest 30 minutes,jelq for 20 minutes or so and repeat.I also do squeezes and bends.When I said I was 6”, that was what I can remember a few years ago.Might be also that my fat pad has decreased alot.But the same tape measure tells the truth.
