Am I doing my PE correctly? Please advise.

So I’ve only just started a proper regime of PE and wanted to find out opinions on it.

It consists of:

Applying damp heat for 5 minutes
Pumping for 20 minutes to between a pressure 5 and 7
Applying baby oil with vitamin e and aloe vera
Jelqing with the OK grip towards the head for 50
Reverse jelqing with the OK grip form the head backwards for 50
Jelqing with the OK grip towards the head for 50
Reverse jelqing with the OK grip form the head backwards for 50

Am I over/under doing it?
Any further advise?

I’m actually fairly happy with my size just looking for gains anywhere now.
