Hey y’all. Brand new to PE and was hoping that I could get a little advice on my current routine as I’m just a couple weeks in. Want to make sure I’m setting myself up for success after putting this routine together from a random hodgepodge of info out there on the internets. Glad I found this place as I’m already learning new ideas for after my beginner phase is out of the way.

Here’s what I’m doing now (only a week into the process).
1. Helicopter this lil dude around for a minute or so.
2. 20 second static stretches Left/Right/Up/Down/Forward/BTC
3. 50 dry jelqs
(I do 1-3 as a circuit and repeat that circuit 3 times)
4. Whatever it’s called where you pull it between the cheeks and sit on it, for an indeterminate amount of time.
5. 2-3 random sessions of 20-30 minutes in a rod style ADS.
6. 2-3 random sessions of sitting on it for however long my zoom call is (usually 15-30 minutes)
7. Random additional static holds.

Planning on adding heat at some point. Don’t think I’m anywhere close to ready for clamping or hanging but looking forward to that in the future.

Thoughts? Decent starting place? Good/bad/ugly? I’m here to learn and grow….. Literally!

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
