Am I Doing Too Much?

Am I Doing Too Much?

What’s up everyone, this is my first post so if I am doing anything wrong don’t hesitate to let me know. So I had been using a size-genetics extender on and off for at least a year, not consistently with no results. I decided that now no matter what I would continue PE until I succeed. I started using the size-genetics again consistently for a few months, at what I now realized is a pretty low tension level. I was using it Monday through Friday, taking the weekends off. I wear it on average 4 hours a day- sometimes more, sometimes less. Now, I upped the tension and thought it would be good to add the newbie routine as well. I started doing the newbie routine 2 days on and 1 day off, but am unsure what to do with my extender. Should I continue Monday through Friday with 2 days off? Should I only wear it the days I do the newbie routine? Or should I do the newbie routine 2 on 1 off and wear the extender every day? I have read here that most people start with the newbie routine THEN go to the extenders, but I think it’s too late for that, and I don’t want to hinder what might be some progress from the extender. Thanks in advance.

Get the extender after doing the routine for around 2 hours, after 6-8 hours of rest place extender for another 2 hour in mild tension, take a day off you you get bad PI’s.

Good luck

Like you said you should be conditioned enough that it would be waste of time to do only the newbie routine. IMO you are better off wearing the extender everyday but if you aren’t comfortable with this you can do a reduced routine on the weekend like 4 hours during the week and 1 or 2 hours during the weekend. Doing the newbie routine alongside it will keep your EQ up.

You think the newbie routine would be a waste of time even if I hadn’t really made any gains yet? And I should keep the 2 on 1 off schedule for the newbie routine while wearing the extender every day?

Disregard what I said in the first post, I suggest first taking a 2-3 month break then coming back to start with only the newbie routine.

I would do manual stretching (or newbie routine) and then use the extender to keep the member in stretched state. Good luck

You don’t think that would hinder any progress I might have made so far? I don’t think I have made any gains yet but my erections are definitely stronger and my dick hangs lower a lot of the time.

If you haven’t made any gains then any progress you have made in eq and otherwise will return within the first 3 weeks of the newbie routine provided you take the recommended rest beforehand. More importantly the newbie routine will allow you to learn more about your dick at a slow and ‘safe’ pace. This knowledge will be necessary for more advanced routines and future gains.

Damn. Okay so 2 months should be enough time? And I have done some more research on extenders and heat, and it seems that low tension with a heating pad on for constant heat works best for extenders, and an ir light for constant heat during the newbie routine. With that being said, how long do you think I should hold off on using the extender once I restart the newbie routine? It seems like that would really help but at the same time I do want to spread out the newbie gains as much as possible. And thank you for your responses bro
