Am I okay to take Pygeum?

Am I okay to take Pygeum?

I’m about to turn 19 and I’ve been interested in trying to get massive amounts of precum lately. I’ve looked into Pygeum quite a bit recently, in fact, I was taking Swanson Pygeum 100mg two times a day for the last three days.

Here’s the link to what I was taking:
https://www.ama … /dp/B07FQ6C2CZ/

Earlier today I stumble upon so many conflicting statements on this forum about Pygeum and how it’s a DHT blocker which is bad, lowers testosterone, causes/prevents balding, and how your age plays a factor in whether or not you should take it. I remember one person saying that “blocking DHT in young men is not good, but in 21+ it’s not bad.” Somebody else was saying that “Pygeum only gives you more precum at the cost of lowering testosterone which isn’t worth it.”

I just want somebody to clear the air on Pygeum because after I read all of this I panicked and stopped taking it. Then an hour later I realized how badly I want copious amounts of precum and that’s why I am here asking for clarification.

I heard that supplements can cause different outcomes based on the person that is taking them. As for me, I’m almost 19, a relatively skinny person, 125~130lbs, and 5’5”, I’m not very manly-looking, my chest hair has yet to grow in (and personally I don’t want it to), and I’m not interested in further developing any more pubertal hair. I don’t care about further developing my body to make it more manly-looking so if Pygeum prevents further development, then I’m fine with it and would actually be happy if it does. I just like the way I look and don’t want to appear manly.

What I am worried about is whether or not Pygeum causes stuff such as breast growth, hair loss on the head (I don’t care about hair loss on the body), and/or halting the development of testes. I know I should be asking my doctor questions if I am really concerned, and trust me I will, but I also want your guys’ opinions on it. Based on my appearance, age, weight, and other features, what do you think about me taking it? Is Pygeum itself safe in general to take? If so, should I just take the recommended amounts?

Honestly bro, for someone so young and so much conflicting information about how it affects testosterone and/or DHT, I don’t think its worth taking just for more precum.

DHT is a more potent androgen then testosterone, and unless you’re worried about hair loss you don’t want to lower your dht levels as a young man.

If you want more precum take some lecithin granules daily. Makes a huge difference. I notice cumming more volume when taking it but its more watery than normal. The precum oozes like crazy tho

Also, don’t panic about it. The stress and worrying will probably be worse for your T levels and body than any negative effects from the pygeum

What kind of lecithin granules brand do you recommend/use? Also does lecithin increase testosterone? Because I‘m trying to avoid increasing my testosterone levels. I know to not go for soy related lecithin in favor of the sunflower based ones, but is there anything else that is important that I should be looking out for in the nutrition facts or ingredients?

When you say hair loss, do you mean on the head or body? Because I’m fine with losing it on the body, just not the head.

DHT related hair loss is on the scalp I think.

There’s a lot of info and unfortunately conflicting info around the internet surround lecithin consumption. I would advise doing an internet search to decide for yourself.

I always used the vitamin shoppe brand but I would read some reviews to decide for yourself.

Out of curiosity, why are you trying to avoid raising your T levels?

Apparently celery, celery seed, and celery juice will increase your ejaculation volume. Not sure about precum but it may be worth looking into if you want more precum
