Am I using my extender Properly?

Hello everyone,
I’ve been lurking around for almost a year now and decided to my PE journey last month.
My routine is manual stretching + extender for around 7 hours daily.

I’m having an issue understanding the mechanism of how my extender works (I’m using Andropenis), as the springs are not compressed when l’m wearing the device and there no mention of such a thing in the manual, but I see a lot of people mentioning that on their devices they can tell the amount of tension they are getting based on how much the springs are compressed indicated by the lines at bottom of the rod (mine doesn’t have that).
Is there anything that I’m missing or just Andropenis operates differently?

You’re not missing anything. I used the Andropenis several years ago for 1 inch in BPEL gains. As you add more rods the springs with compress and you will be stretching the ligaments. Without the spring compression you are likely just stretching to your flaccid stretched length. I experienced a lot of pain using the noose style traction devices mainly due to slippage. Take your time with the rod additions and you should have a better experience.

Thanks Dickosaurus. Yeah wearing it is not fun, but have to do it. How long did it take you to get an inch? I feel really motivated to here that.

I want to say I quit after 4-6 months using it about 3 hours per day. That’s all I could stand. This was 10 years ago, some I’m a little foggy on the details.
