Help how to properly wear extender

Quick question whats the proper and most comfortable and effective way to strap in your head to a sizegentics extender, do I strap right below the glans or right on the the glans I’m currently strapping right on the glans whats the best way though ?

I’m not familiar with the sizegenetics but all strap or noose extenders are pretty much the same in terms of attachment (except for the ones with a double strap I guess). The idea is that you place the noose/strap directly below/under the glans so that the ridge of the glans head acts as the anchor point. You don’t strap on the glans.

First of all - assemble the extender at a length, so when compressed, your glans is almost in front of the cradle. This way, you don’t have to tightening the noose so tight, and you’re allowing some blood flow. The noose will,pull downwards to keep your penis in place, and the extender will do the forward pulling. You can then jelq some blood into the glans every 20 minutes, so that the sessions can be up to 2 hour or more. Good luck.
