Starting an extender routine. Advice?

Hi forum!

I’ve been doing PE on-and-off for about 3.5 years so far and have had moderate success, gaining from 5.5” BPEL x 4.5” EG and getting to 6.5” BPEL x 5.1” EG at my last measurement. All this time, I’ve been doing fairly light PE with manual stretches and jelqs, but no lasting consistency beyond 2-month bursts here and there. I am currently single and am trying to achieve new sexual goals, so I figured this would be a good time to commit to PE for about a year or so. My final goal is a BPEL of 8” and an EG between 5.8” and 6”.

How I am starting out now:
I have been on the forums a lot over the years, reading up on theory and such. I have benefited from the experiments of those before me, so I want to contribute back to that base. In theory, extender newbies are encouraged to use an extender angled downwards in order to work on a good ligament stretch before moving on to wearing down the tunica by angling upwards. I have decided I would reverse this and see how that works for me, then report my results here. My current routine is as follows:

- 4x (70 minute rod extender with a 15 minute break)
- 2 hours of traction wrapping while going to the gym
- 2x (90 minute belt extender with a 15 minute break)
- 2 hours of traction wrapping before sleep

All-in-all, I get about 7.5 hours of extender wear throughout the day. I have been going for about 2.5 weeks so far, 6 days per week, so around 100 hours in total. So far, I have had noticeable gains in flaccid hang, both length and girth. I will be measuring for possible gains in about 5 weeks, giving me around 2 months of stretching. Currently, however, I notice that while my flaccid stretched length (FSL) and flaccid hang have increased, my BPEL seems to be the same. This could be due to starting out with the upwards angle to wear down the tunica, but is it supposed to be very slow progress? Perhaps I am just used to looking at my penis on the daily and therefore do not notice, but I feel as if I may be doing something wrong. As such, I have a couple of questions for those on this forum who have any advice to give:

I am looking to fatigue my penile tissues, but I do not know if I should keep on stretching once fatigue has been achieved. What is the proper course of action here?

Should I be jelqing before sleep? Sometimes my penis is very fatigued and I am tempted to force expansion during this time, being greedy for those gains, but I am not sure if that is a good idea. What do you all think?

What does a belt extender do for me? I know many use it, but I am a bit unclear on what exactly it is working on.

Any advice is welcome and appreciated. If you have any other questions for me as per my goals or the equipment I’m using, etc. Please ask away! Thank you in advance and good luck to everyone!

On the day of the initial post, I used my belt extender at an outwards angle with high tension (alternating right and left). This got in quite a good lig stretch and stopped the tunica from recovering at all. Unfortunately, my glans was getting quite raw, but I pushed on with some traction wrapping and another round of using the belt extender afterwards. Instead of traction wrapping before sleeping, I decided to get some additional sleep and take some L-Arginine and multivitamins to help with recovery. After taking off the belt extender, I went straight to bed and manually stretched outwards and down literally until I fell asleep. Luckily I fall asleep quickly, so I didn’t over-train.

I woke up this morning with a slightly lowered EQ to my morning wood, but from past experience, I know this is a positive PI for me when presented with a larger flaccid hang. Today, I went for some lig stretching and used the rod extender angled downwards. At first there was no issue, so I decided to introduce a fulcrum to the middle of the rod so as to not let up on my tunica. This worked wonders, but the fatigue got to me and I could not continue for longer than 40-minute sessions. I did about 4 of these, punctuated by 10-minute sessions of manual stretching and jelqing for blood flow. For the last of those 4 sessions, however, I only managed about 30 minutes in the extender. I’m going to do 2 light sessions with the belt extender for the rest of the day, traction wrapping in-between, followed by some jelqing before sleep. I really do not want to over-train, so I’ll take the progress I’ve made and allow an extra off day to heal. The fatigue is really getting to me, and while I can see great results, I’m going to take tomorrow off for recovery and only do manual stretching, traction wrapping, and some jelqs, then take it easy with a light routine the following day, maintaining that ligament stretch and keeping the tunica from healing completely. I’ll be taking multivitamins with dinner and L-Arginine before sleep to aid with recovery.

Alright, so I actually failed to go easy on the belt extender use the rest of the day. What can I say? Greedy for those gains it seems. However, no injury occurred so that’s all well and good. Last night I tried to get some jelqing done, but it was a little painful around my glans, so I decided to just settle for some manual stretching to keep that lig stretch going. A bit before falling asleep, I wanted to check my EQ real quick, and it was fantastic. Hardest erection I’ve had in quite a while, and larger than I have ever seen it. Hopefully that is a good sign and the gains continue at the rate they seem to be coming so far.

I think the focus on wearing down my tunica has been a good idea. The upwards angle lets the base of the rod extender act as a sort of fulcrum, really working on the tunica since I use around 2kg of tension at this point. Ligament stretches can be done at any time and in my past experience prior to taking a break to de-condition, the gains stop quite quickly. I’m going to try to maintain the current stretch manually and work on a downwards angle once per week. If nothing else, it will serve as a motivational boost at the end of the week.

Today I have been sporadically doing manual stretches throughout the day and some light jelqing, stopping at any sign of pain. I’ll do a slightly more intense 10-minute session before traction wrapping to go to the gym, and do yet once I’m back and a ballooning session before I sleep. Back to some rod extender use tomorrow if my glans isn’t feeling sore anymore.

In the end, I did no use a rod extender yesterday or today. The soreness I feel in my glans is now gone, but only in the last couple of hours, so I will hold off until tomorrow morning before continuing my routine. My Flaccid Stretched Length seems to be the same as it was a couple of days ago, so no retraction (or at least not much retraction) is taking place during resting periods. In the meantime I have been doing some light research into the biggest gainers that we have reliable records of. It seems that the vast majority of them preferred a “more is more” method with a 5-on/2-off regimen. That seems to be what my body is telling me to follow at the moment, so I will follow suit with my own routine.

Starting tomorrow, I have decided to continue with the route of working my tunica even after reaching the point of fatigue. I will use a small fulcrum periodically to help with fatiguing the tunica earlier on, leaving the last day of the week for ligament stretching. I will perhaps lend more time to this if working my tunica gets too painful. L-Arginine and multivitamins will be taken on every routine day. I need to tighten up with consistency and stick to a routine if I want to make it to my target 8”x6”, which would really be about 8.3”x6.2” where I would try to cement gains and fix the “baseball bat effect” if I intend to be done with PE afterwards. That’ll most likely take a couple years at least in total, but I’m counting on this traction device to live up to the hype. Looking at the stats, if one is to stick with it for quite a while with enough tension and consistency, there can be some huge length gains. Once the tunica is broken down enough, girth gains will be soon to follow.

I will most likely be posting less often, maybe about twice a week. However, if anyone has any advice to give, or questions to ask, feel free! I am mainly trying to list out my observations and see if I can pull out any meaningful information to help the community, but backed by solid results.

4th day of the 5 “on” days and I’m feeling pretty good. Nothing new to report besides steady progress in rod length for the traction device. One thing I have noticed since I started doing PE is that my glans has become more pronounced. This could be due to poor jelqing technique, but I think traction wrapping has a bigger role in this. Before, my glans used to barely be distinct from my shaft going by touch. Now, there is a prominent ridge and the head swells to a significantly larger proportional size than it used to. The traction wrapping limits blood flow to every part of the penis save for the head and wearing that for over an hour is essentially a bit of a workout on its own. That’s just my own personal experience speaking there though, without any observed or measured results. I’ll keep track in the future and let you all know what’s up with that.

So far, after having put in about 100 hours to a rod extender and 50 hours to a belt extender, I’ve had to increase the length of the rods by about 1 centimetre. I’m hoping to bump those numbers up to around 250 and 125 respectively before I measure for gains, so hopefully I can tack on another centimetre. Hopefully those flaccid stretched length gains translate well into erect gains!

I am considering altering my routine once more before I set it in stone. I like to get my tunica to a high degree of fatigue and it seems the amount of time required to do this varies from week to week (at least, so far). I might set a stopping point for the “on” days as a quantifiable amount of fatigue instead of a set amount of time. That seems more reasonable to me, keeping the two “off” days for recovery between “on” periods.

Alright, so update: The Penimaster PRO is absolute garbage. For a pricy system, the parts are incredibly weak and break down far too quickly, but I might just have high standards. The vacuum head fails to keep my glans 100% inside, even with some modifiers attached to hold my glans a bit tighter. As a result, what ends up happening is my glans slipping out somewhat, leaving the possible tension lower than I would like.

No real changes to the routine recently. Continuing to do what I have done and it’s working well enough. Starting some cardio to burn off a bit of that fat pad as well.

The traction device is unusable at this point. I’m falling back to jelqs, manual stretching, and skin stretching with traction wrapping for a couple of weeks while I get replacement parts in. If that doesn’t work, I’m moving to a different system. Unreal.

Alright, I at least have to give it to their customer support, they sent replacement parts for free, so hopefully I’ll be back to the routine quite soon! In the meantime, I’m working mainly on girth, trying to get some more tissue to grow in the meantime. I’ll update again before the parts get here.

Parts are not here yet. I’ve managed to not lose much or any progress in this time, but I’ve been fairly lax besides jelqing a bit every other night. Hopefully I can start again after spring break.

Alright, the parts got here. They were just as garbage as the others. Something about the physical interaction between my foreskin and the glans vacuum chambre make this particular method ineffective for me at this point. I am going to be switching back to manual exercise, maybe using this once in awhile to work my tunica. It functions, but takes me 30 minutes and 10+ tries of putting it on in order to get it to work, and even then not very well. I am going to be making a post to plan out a new routine so if anyone reading this has any advice to give me, I’d be happy to hear it!

Hey brother, I am considering to get extender as soon as I decide which one to buy, so far I got recommendation to buy Penimaster Pro - rod extender, now I see you are using PMP as well and you seem to be unsatisfied ?

May I ask for more informations so I can decide whether to buy PMP or to look for another one, I would appreciate your opinion.

Thanks brother and happy gains !

Certainly! As far as Penimaster as a brand, their hardware seems to be reliable, and if they break quickly, the company is likely going to send replacement parts. The PRO part is the vacuum extender head. Personally, I though this was a good thing at the start, but in the end the most prominent effect this has is extension of your foreskin. Now, I know some people are looking for that, but not me. I am uncut, so I am not looking to add to the amount of foreskin I have. While the product will work for at least 150 hours or so, beyond that it will encounter issues with your foreskin if you have it. All-in-all, I would say just forgo the hassle of the vacuum head. Take the chrome version or one of the other Penimaster products if you are dead set on the brand. The vacuum head piece is more of a gimmick than anything. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

Hope that helps you make a decision!

It certainly will help my man, thanks for taking time to share your opinion. I am now considering Andropenis, I might go for that one, it is cheaper and I got positive feedback for that one. I will report back later.

Unfortunately, I doubt’t you’ll get a response from SpartanS238. He hasn’t been active in over 5 years, same as the thread. Have a look at the post dates.

Also, if you look at his profile and he’s sharing it, you can see when he was last here.
