Starting PE, advice and comments much appreciated
Hey everyone - just started PE’ing about two weeks ago, and I can say that I’m excited to see if I can get some gains out of this.
I came across this website a couple years ago, but being a skeptic and unsure on how much time I would have for this (read: lazy), I put it off and continued on with my life.
After finishing up a contract position, I am currently job hunting and I have a lot of time on my hands, when I remembered this site. I then proceeded to look up threads and the newbie routine, and I started a slightly modified version of the newbie routine:
3-5 minute warm-up (depending on time)
5 minute stretch (up, down, left, right x 30 secs x 2, plus 60 second slow rotation) (adding 2.5 minutes additional per every other week)
5 minute wet jelq (want to start slow, looking to add a minute per week (average 30-40 jelqs per min)
3-5 minute “cool-down”
50 kegels, 1-2 second holds (working on it, increasing by 10 per week)
2 days on, 1 day off
Now, was wondering on some advice:
Is there any stretches I should include into my routine (and when)?
Is doing a 1-2 second jelq too fast? Slow? And doing it at 50-70% erect is correct, right?
Any advice on extending kegel holds?
Should I do 5 days on, 2 days off? 3 days on, 1 day off? Is there a good balance that TP has found?
As well, any other general advice?
I’ve found that while jelqing, I can feel the slight tingling throughout my entire shaft, and afterwards I feel sore (normal right?) - no sharp pains or anything. However, I haven’t noticed any discolourations or marking, and was wondering if that was a standard sign of PEing working or not.
I’ve been checking out the other threads in the various parts of the forum, and I hope that I can “grow” with the rest of you PE’ers.
