This is my first post.. I’ve been reading this forum for around a month or more and just recently joined. I’ve read alot of negative comments about penis extender devices. Personally I have some good and some bad things to say about them.
First and foremost they do seem to work! I started with an EL of 6.25” and after 2 1/2 mo. Of use I am now at an E.L. Of 6.75. The downfall is that you have to wear the damn thing alot ( I can usually go for a couple of hours before I have to bathroom break and Jelq fresh oxygenated blood back into my unit!)
I do, however, have to dis-agree with others about the noticeability of an extender. As long as you wear loose pants, put a hand in the pocket to which (Your member) it is close to, no-one will notice.. Unless of course she is looking at your cock.
Now that I am posting I must tell of my first hanging session. The mods tell you to gain experience before you hang. I’m here to say you (definately) should also! I felt like I had some kind of experience from the extender, so I decided to try hanging. I went to the Hanger’s Forum and made my own CCH3. Thanks to “chickenchoker”. I, however, didn’t have the exact parts and made due w/ what I had. I used CPVC.. Clamps on a little strong!
Anyway I hung for 21 mins. W/ 12.5 lbs.. I, at first had a burning sensation from the wrap sliding a little, then the sensation kinda died as I got used to it. Maybe 5 mins. In. I hung w/ 12.5 lbs. For 21 mins. And had to jelq for a couple to replenish the bloodflow quickly. I haven’t clamped yet, but, I’m anxious and already have them on hand!

I think that the tools of the trade don’t work if your penis is not properly conditioned. Once you’ve done the newbie routine of stretching and jelqing, the penis is more apt to grow/adapt. Most people will say not to use any devices until your penis/ligs/tunica are well conditioned. I would have to agree with this as well. I know from my own personal experience this is true.

Get ready to spend a lot of time with PE. It’s a lot of reading and it’s a looooong process (pun intended). Just take your time to avoid injury.

Yes Ive been using the extender for nearly 220 hours so far since January. (Its hard to use it consecutively). I haven’t noticed any Erect Gains yet, but my flaccid hang is about 5 inches now as opposed to 4.50 in January. Supposedly you notice flaccid gains before Erect, but Im really hoping for Erect gains. I also use the JES at 1500 grams of tension nowadays. You may want to ask Kristian69 and Babbis for help. They are vets with the JES.

I agree with grx. I started PE two years ago and stopped for approximately 6 months. I started Five months ago using the newbie routine, and I want a lot of members here (no pun intended) to know that you can gain quickly using the newbie routine. You don’t want to injure your self so early in the game and keep in mind that everything we do here (exercises) are dangerous, so condition yourself, because it would be a shame to fuck up your dick because you wanted an overnight bean stalk. Time will give you your perfect dick. I started clamping a month and a half ago and I feel the conditioning has helped. I will not hang anymore. Hanging was the reason I stopped PEing for 6 months. I injured myself. Education is good.

What was the injury? I’m a newbie btw.

I`ve been using an extender that I made myself for 10 months and I`ve gained an inch in length going half an hour a day in a hot bath.

Of course I`ve done manual stretches as well and so It`s difficult to say which gave me most gains.

I am considering hanging more seriously as I head for my first year of PE and enduring a four month plateau.
