Iv only been using my extender for little over 2 weeks, most say you need countless of hours to see any gains with it, Iv already noticed drastic improvements. My EL was 16,8cm before meassured the last 2 days and I’m at 17,2cm my BPFSL was 19,2cm now its 20cm. I do extend with high intensity, I extend at so my member is 19cm and it feels very intense. I feel as if most people use too little intensity that’s why they need the drastic hours too see any gains but what do I know I’m new to this. I also do 50 dry jelqs 5 days a week in the shower at 40-60% erection level.

I can only extend for 45m before taking it off due to it getting quiet uncomfortable with a burning sensation, but iv read that’s quiet normal as long as PI’s are good.

What are your thoughts on intense extending as opposed to moderate/light?

My experience with high force extending has been that it causes a temporary gain to erect length and flaccid hanging length but causes shortening the next few days. Long term, I couldn’t attribute gains to it.

It’s a little difficult to talk about extending since springs lose their calibration and the extender I bought didn’t have calibrated springs in the first place (one exerted much more force than the other). It’s just hard to communicate how much force you’re actually using with extenders. That’s one of the reasons I prefer hangers, gravity is mostly the same across the Earth so a set amount of weight exerts a common amount of maximal force when hanging no matter what you made your hanger out of, where you bought it, or how old it is. You can really discuss and analyze the effects of different weights and times with hanging, but you can’t with extenders.

Could be temporary beginner gains. Keep up your routine, unless you notice reduced EQ, and report back after several months.
