Any good girth exercice
I’m fairly new to PE
I started this week.
I am exclusively working on my girth because I think it’s the more important right now.
I’m doing regulary jelquing jelq squeeze and clamping. I don’t really count the strokes I am doing it when I feel it with lubricant in my bed while watching movies on Netflix. I do it almost every night.
I don’t have the better English and I don’t want to complicate things.
Can someone recommend me the better exercice aiming girth except the one of the above?
