Good girth gaining tips
Hi,
I just finished a 1-month schedule of intense hanging and jelqing. (Not sure the gain yet) Now I wanna dedicate one month to girth only! Does anyone have tips for great girth exercises? My routine right now will look like this:
20 min bathmate
20 min jelq
20 min clamp (with hose clamp)
What do you guys think?
I’ve almost completed a year of PE and gained approximately 1 inch in length so far, but nothing in girth (ok maybe 0.5 cm) so I’m getting desperate for greater girth right now…
