Good girth routine?

Good girth routine?

I’ve come to within 1/8” of my length goals and have now decided to do a little girth work. My routine right now is about 10 minutes of dry jelqing followed by 5 30 second horses. At the end of each horse I do rolling bends up, down, left, and right. Does this sound like a good girth routine to start off with? I’ve been PEing for about 8 months now but this is the first time I’ve ever tried an actual pure girth routine. Thanks for any replies!

Mick, it looks like a fine routine. How long have you been doing it? Has it been effective so far?


2-15-2003: 7.25" x 4.75"

4-24-2019: 7.75" x 5.375"

Hey bunbuster, I’ve been doing it for about a week. I have possibly gained 1/8”, but that could have just been a measuring mistake. The rolling bends seem to work well though, I’m gonna measure again in a week or two.
