Any one with experiance with a low LOT and traction devise or any advise at all.

I have read a few of the threads here and I understand that with a low lot I must stretch my tunica. High angle stretches, but with my traction devise I find it hard to feel any stretch on the tunica. And while I am manualy strtching I also have no feeling of stretch. I feel alot of stretch on the sides, top base and around my glands but not underneath. Any advise will help. I am wanting Girth and Length but I would like to start with length. My LOT is 8-6. My traction devise is the x4 extender.
