Any research/ideas on time between workouts?

Hey guys!
THanks for sharing your experiences, this was very insightful.
I promised to give a quick update after 14 days of training.
I measured my BPFSL like every 14 days and the gain rate was equal to the last periods.
Meaning, so far once a day works equally well.
This is really hard to believe since my total time commitment is so little. I only hang 5h/week and do nothing else!
Also, the hanging is 95% passive, so I can work on the pc simultaneously.
We will see whether I subconciously measure incorrectly to make it fit my goal or whether the gains are real.
I will also give an update on 02/28. By then, I should be around 19.9cm if once a day works equally well and the gains do not stall (which they eventually will).

I want to add a quick update after 28 days since I measure my gains every ~14 days as stated before.

In the last 14 days, I only gained 2mm of BPFSL. However, I attribute this rather to the slowing down of gains than the method change,

especially since it didn’t immediately slow down after the switch from twice/day to once/day.

My next training cycle for BPFSL gains will begin in about 3 months from now. This next period 2 will provide definite and finite (so far)

answers whether once or twice a day is optimal [at least, for me].
