Any starter tips?

I did some PE (basic PE like the hot rag warm up and the typical jelq counting reps not by time) back in high school for about a week or two and gained about 0.5 of and inch. (6.5 -> 7.0)

I quit after my small gain because I had bigger things to focus on because I was a high school student and now I want to continue my gains but I don’t know where to start.

Many PE routines seem a bit out of my comfort zone such as rings, extenders, etc. I want to improve my length about maybe an inch and a half in length (7.1-> 8.5) and my girth to a 6. (5.5 girth -> 6.0)

Any tips? I’m very short of time and I want to make sure I get the most out of my sessions without taking up too much time.
