Any success with more than 1 session of manuals/day?
I wonder if anyone got success in length gains by doing lets say 3 sessions of manual stretching per day.
For example 1 session morning,1 mid day and 1 at night.
I have the impression that by doing more than 1 session ped day , the flaccid stretched length may improve in order to give beter length gains. Or maybe I am wrong.
Any experiences ?
