Any success with more than 1 session of manuals/day?

Any success with more than 1 session of manuals/day?

I wonder if anyone got success in length gains by doing lets say 3 sessions of manual stretching per day.

For example 1 session morning,1 mid day and 1 at night.

I have the impression that by doing more than 1 session ped day , the flaccid stretched length may improve in order to give beter length gains. Or maybe I am wrong.

Any experiences ?

As a general conclusion high frequency helps length gains. So if you are after length yes it’s better to do 3 sessions per day than one, but you should be careful not to overwork. Take at least 2 days rest every week.

It’s been a long time since I did manual stretching. I used to do it every time I used the restroom. I didn’t get much length from it though. During my first PE journey, I only gained 1” in total. I’m not really sure what contributed to that length gain; I did jelqing, manual stretching, and clamping with some smaller periods trying high force hanging, pumping (which didn’t do anything at the time), and probably a few other things that don’t occur to me right now.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Well guys don t try this at home LoL.

After some double sessions I ended up with a turtled dick and a loss of EQ.

So after a little rest I ll go once again in my 1 session/day.

Mystery solved.
