Long session pumping?

A recent post by djrobins made me rethink long term pumping sessions. Avocet didn’t get results from it in the pumping 101 thread, but everyone is different so I thought I’d get a poll going. Of course a long session should be used with caution, and for experienced pumpers.

With pumping I believe porn or some other stimulation is good, I think it’s better to have some natural bloodflow rather than an erection fully brought about by the vacuum. That would be difficult with a long session of course, or at the very least pretty boring and probably desensitize you to porn quite a bit. But for some of us, we can throw the pump on then multi-task for a long session. I would think anyone thinking of starting this should start at a very low vacuum like 2 Hg.

The fact that the stretching would be for a long duration makes me think there may be some merit to it. Experiences?

I tried this last night, 1 hour 40 minutes, pumping between 3 and 5 Hg/”

Blood circulation was helped by eating spicy food, drinking circulation boosting teas and I took 2 horny goat weed capsules. I did watch porn, inserting my penis into the tube with a full erection after every break (each 20 mins.). I also used my Far infra red heating pad to provide constant heat which also improves circulation.

I found myself falling asleep from time to time because it’s not the most active form of PE.

Fluid build up still occurs but the low vacuum pressures slow this down, I wanted to see what happens after 2 hours but it started feeling uncomfortable so I’ll build up to that. An overall stretching sensation could be felt after 1 hour and the length inside the tube reached further than before, my shaft felt thicker than ever after I finished.

When you see how permanent enlargement occurs during priapism episodes, it seems logical that vacuum stretching for 2-3 hours will have the same effect but in a more gentle manner.

P.S. it’s too soon for me to vote in your poll, I’ll come back and do it when I see some results.

I have taken a long break from PE, started back up mid Nov. Had some breaks due to getting the skin roughed up, so I stopped stretching. Now my routine is getting regular. I may try a long pumping session next week since I have more or less 2 months pumping time under my belt. Perhaps one long pumping session a week may be beneficial.

Feeling the stretch sounds like it’s good for what we want. :)

I started pumping at the beginning of November 2010, I slowly built up to 1 hour because I planned to start hanging (which my Superstretch 2 pump is designed for). I started hanging for 2 1/2 weeks in December, had a 2 week break over Christmas, then from the beginning of this month, I’ve been hanging. I want to increase my girth now so that my pump will stay on with heavier weights, I reached a limit at 10lbs - I couldn’t stop it from slipping off.
I think that 3 long sessions per week would be better than just one. I gained 1 inch during a year like that when I first discovered PE many years ago although I only did it for 30 minutes max.
I will be pumping every evening, I don’t think that it is as intense as manual stretching for example, so I don’t think that an extended healing time is necessary.

I think that a ‘long pumping session" is more than 1 hour. Pumpbra achieved great results this way gaining 2 " in 4 years.
Regimen with only pumping - how far could I get

I’ve been pumping at 2.5”-3” Hg for 60-90 minutes per session, sometimes more, for 2.5 months and I’ve seen no noticeable girth gains.

Well gaining 2" in 4 years is certainly encouraging. :)

I’ve had the pump for 3 or 4 years but never got into a regular routine with it for very long. Most of my gains are from doing jelqing and stretching. I’ll probably start with one long session a week and keep an eye on PI indicators. If they are good I can probably go up to 2 a week, any more than that is difficult for time.

I just finished a 2 hour pumping session at 3-4 Hg/”, keeping it low is the only way to do this in comfort.

During the last 15 minutes I repeatedly compressed the pump trigger completely which increased the vacuum to 7Hg/” and released the handle until it fell down to 3Hg/” which would take 10 seconds. It seems that it is safe to pump to high pressures as long as you don’t hold it there, I didn’t notice any blood spotting or other damage. This really seemed to stretch my penis lengthways.

I measured how far my penis got inside the tube, at 7Hg/” it reached 20cm which is further than it reached before, and the girth was crazy, it shouldn’t take long until my finger and thumb stop overlapping when wrapped around the shaft. I seemed to pack about 70% of the tube, mid shaft doesn’t pack it yet.

The fact that you have this temporary enlargement helps with the PIs because it is such a turn on to hold a thicker penis than before and just thinking about it gives you a boner.

Normal lymph build up and doughnut, I’m getting used to it now, Pumpbra says that it reduces with time.

I think (hope) that it might even help with length gains since it is one of the areas that pack the tube. Once this happens, it allows you to see the glans be pulled a few millimetres longer with each pump.

I usually pump for an hour, milking the tube to porn with a big vibrator on my balls. I’ve made a permanent (Sewn) sleeve for a heating pad that slips over the tube, so it is always heated to the max. As long as I stay focused, and hard, I don’t get much lymph buildup. But if I try to multi task, especially run around the house with a cold tube stuck on my dick, I get a doughnut that puts Krispy Kreme to shame.

I think we all agree that staying stimulated and rock hard in the tube is very important, especially for these long sessions. There is an appliance I’ve seen in HomeDepot called a Paint Shaker. Not the big ones they use to shake those five gallon cans of paint, this is a smaller version. Its purpose is for shaking spray paint cans. You strap the spray paint can to the device and plug it in and it shakes the shit out of the can. I’ve been toying with the idea of mounting one of these gadgets to a pump cylinder.

Might be the perfect hands-free stimulator for pumping.

Good info. I was thinking of multitasking on the long session, guess I won’t. Do you find yourself getting desensitized to porn watching it so long?

Now I’m thinking with a heated tube and water it will multitask well for edging.
